Having just finished university and having a comprehensive resume, my interview was relatively short because they deemed my skills as sufficient enough to not require any further meetings at the time. The whole process seemed to be a bit of a waste of time, what with the paper work and the interview process. However, it is a requirement and therefore necessary.
