The analysis was comprehensive, with clear data-backed insights that gave me full confidence in the valuation. Overall a great experience from start to finish and I would gladly use him again as an appraiser. He is also a realtor and I would not hesitate to use him to represent me as well!

Jeff really stands out when it comes to integrity and honesty in his business dealings. We were absolutely impressed with his ethics in handling everything in the process. Jeff is also amazing at communication; pick your method, and you can get in touch quickly. He kept us informed regularly with updates, answered questions, sent photos. The process was amazing. The second house, we were already across country so we worked with him remotely and we had no worries at all about the house that he was handling back in CA. He took care of it as though it were his own and went above and beyond helping out with repair folks getting access, feedback, and many other things that he didn't have to do. We really felt taken care of in all ways with Jeff. Absolute pleasure working with him and I would recommend him for a buy or a sell to anyone!

First, I would like to start by saying do NOT hire Mike Mora-The Mora Team or HomeShield Property…read moreManagement. We hired Mike Mora owner of HomeShield Property Management in September of 2022. In the beginning he was amazing and we were very happy but sometimes changed around July of 2025. It was at this time that most communication became difficult. He was not responding to emails, texts or phone calls for months. I reached out on Facebook Messenger and after a bit of time he responded but unfortunately it was nothing but excuses. We reached out to the Relationship Manager Todd Mora of HomeShield Property Management. He is Mike Mora's brother and a local attorney in San Diego. He did respond only by saying he would have his brother call us. Again, nothing no emails, texts or phone calls. We sent a formal 30-day cancellation notice which he ignored. We hired an attorney regarding the tenant's security deposit and a partial rent payment. He is illegally withholding about 5000.00 dollars of our tenants deposit and a partial rent payment with no explanation or acknowledgement. This level of unresponsiveness and disregard for professional obligations is completely unacceptable. It became clear January 2026 after multiple requests we would not be receiving our 1099 or any further communication. We hired a new management company who requested: 1. All keys 2. The current lease and all extensions. 3. All correspondence with the tenant. 4. Tenant ledger and transaction history 5. The Security deposit and related accounting. 6. Partial Rent paid by our tenants on March 23, 2026 via the portal for the April rent. Ghosting your clients, attorney's and property management colleagues is not property management--it's negligence. We notify the Board of Realtors which has this case currently under investigation. We would not recommend Mike Mora to anyone seeking reliable, ethical property management or real estate services. I will update the status if there are any changes.

Sand and Sea Investments…read more Jeff Grant - Sand and Sea Investments Trust and confidence are essential qualities to look for when selecting a real estate agent. My husband and I had the fortunate opportunity to have had Jeff Grant and Sand and Sea Investments as our real estate investment agent. We found him knowledgeable, respectful and most importantly acted with integrity regarding our recent purchase. Under challenging circumstances Jeff worked hard finding an excellent Starker 1031 exchange property with just one remaining day before the expiration date. After escrow closed Jeff and his team then listed the property for rent, interviewed and personally screened all applicants managing the entire process to the move in date. Throughout our experience he was respectful and polite, a true professional. In the past we've worked with many real estate agents both for our personal homes and investment properties. We confidently recommend Jeff Grant as the most exemplary model of the ideal Real Estate Agent. I'm very happy with Simon!!!…read more Renting is stressful and I was looking for a PM that put me at ease. I talked to the references Simon provided, and he soon became my top contender. He offered to be my singular source of contact and to secure a superior quality of renter for my 'home'. He is very experienced and soft spoken but strong armed. I took his recommendations and got the whole house painted, got new carpeting, resurfaced cabinets and pressure washed etc. I had a renter within 2 months of this process. (The only thing is Nobel Real Estate wouldn't lower the 'expenditure without approval' to below $850, so... ) I am really pleased with Simon.

He followed up with me for several days, and I started working with his broker. Unfortunately, his broker was not very professional. I had already put down $300,000 and owned another home that was fully paid off and worth about $550,000. Yet the broker told me I needed to put down $600,000 to buy a home priced at $850,000 . After that, I went to another broker and got pre-approved almost immediately. I qualified for the home without any problems. All I can say is that they were not very professional. In my opinion, Simon seemed focused only on money. I felt that he was trying to earn commissions from both sides. When I decided not to use his broker, my offer was not accepted, and I was told that another offer had been accepted instead. That was my experience, and it left me feeling that my interests were not the priority.

Then thankfully i was connected to Garrett and Brooke from a trusted friend and colleague of mine who said Garrett was the guy i needed to talk to for buying or selling a home. Immediately my experience with Garrett and Brooke were different. They took time to learn about my wife and I, what we were looking for, how they could best help us achieve our goals, and investigated previous offers we had lost on to get an idea of the type of home we were looking for. We mainly worked with Garrett for showings/offers and as first time buyers it was great having someone so knowledgeable lead us in the right direction. Garrett was always incredibly responsive, flexible, and helpful with all of our (many) questions. His time and expertise in the field was great because he was also able to quickly connect us with other service lines that were needed to complete the transaction, all of whom i would also recommend. The first day we looked at houses, we put an offer in on the first of 5 we saw that day, and with Garrets guidance, the help of Brook with making our offer/letter look elegant, we were able to get our offer accepted. During the next month and beyond Garrett helped us with every step of the closing process. I highly recommend this team for ANY of your real estate needs!
