There is plenty of parking in the Campbell Community Center parking lot, and about 5 lanes for both walking and running. There are free public restrooms located on-site, as well as outdoor tennis courts, a squash court, community center swimming pools, and the Heritage theatre. The track is very safe and well-lit, and can get crowded during peak hours, especially during the evenings and weekends. There is a soccer field in the middle of the track, and an enclosed fence to prevent balls from hitting runners. The view here of the outdoors is just splendid to take in during a workout.

With my limited time, Henry quickly evaluated my ability and he catered the lesson to where I was at, while keeping things challenging for me. We progressed through a bunch of exercises and obstacles to keep the session fresh. Henry was very attentive the entire lesson (not checking his phone the entire time) and he also recorded a ton of video that he used to explain on the spot how I could improve. Very helpful. Always great to see birdlife here: geese, coots, ducks, grebes, herons and an occasional hawk. Very popular with dog walkers on a leash (the dogs, not the people ). Recommendation: The park officials would be praised if they organized a separate trail track for humans and bicyclists. It would make both walkers and bicyclists so very happy. It's open from sun rise until dusk and you'll see a variety of people doing different workouts and I've never seen it too packed. They've also got bleachers for those that want to get a stair workout in. The parking is plentiful and I'd recommend parking in the shade. This is mostly a track review but there's also a skate park and other fields where you can get some physical activity in. All in all it's a great place to get a little exercise in or even just get a walk in and some sun.

It seems to be a huge hit for seniors and families that are wishing to have a place to hangout. Bring the dogs because they really love the grass. They used to have a tennis court for use but that since has been gone. The local little leagues are often playing here and I find it really cool how I get to see some kids try to steal bases while taking a break. For kids there are playgrounds on both sides of the park. The Campbell Ave side has a water play area which is a blessing over the summer. If you want some basic exercise do come here. Drawback: Please to not park on the Budd side because it fills up really fast. Mostly parents who are taking kids out to play for the weekend
