I was there one day when staff was on the phone with someone who was lost and she never sounded frustrated or made any side comments while assisting. Orthopedic issues are painful and you want an attentive compassionate staff and this place delivers. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I don't feel like a patient but a friend stopping by. Barkley completes paperwork in a timely manner necessary for your job and return calls are prompt as well. I am 58yo and had recent hip revision and Danielle and Dr. Toy were AMAZING from beginning to end. I didn't have to call in then wait for someone to call me back when I had a question about medication. I used the app to communicate and Danielle's response time was great. From the moment I was greeted by his office assistant/trainee Chanteé I was treated with so much care and intention, it was almost overwhelming. After completing paperwork and discussing my issues/reasons for the visit to Chanteé, I met Dr. Knowles who made sure he addressed every concern and question I had. He is extremely thorough and very much so concerned with educating his patients, not just taking their money! Dr. Knowles detailed the causes of my foot problems and explored multiple treatment options (instead of just offering the most costly option). He took his time to ensure that I understood all that he was doing and how the healing process would be gradual and what I could do to ensure that my issues do not persist. I felt completely comfortable, understood and valued as a patient and customer! Dr. Knowles and Chanteé were so wonderfully kind and compassionate, I felt as if I was being cared for by family! Oh, the best part of this experience is that I came in with severe foot pain in both feet and left out of the office on cloud nine with no pain and a huge smile on my face! I dealt with ingrown toenails for years. After a particularly painful one, I finally went to a…read morepodiatrist to have it removed. Dr. Croft removed it and also told me that if it keeps happening, he could perform a little outpatient surgery that would keep it from ever happening again. I had the surgery and he was very gentle, made sure I was totally numb and explained everything very well. That was about 4 years ago and I haven't had an ingrown nail since then. My preteen daughter is a dancer and was having the same problem, so I took her in for the surgery as well. Great experience and result for her as well. His sense of humor takes the fear out of getting your foot cut, even for a kid!
