I had no choice but to use this company to get my sky installed, they sent out some muppet who drilled a hole in the corner of my window to wire it outside (which as it is a ground floor flat they should have done it through the bottom of the wall), drilled a hole through one of my walls taking a massive chunk out of it, left the wires hanging all over the place, didnt cap the wire on the wall and on top of that took my tv off the unit and scratched the screen on top of the the engineer who installed it thought it was appropriate to swear in front of me? the engineer tried to leave not mentioning the scratches on the tv and called the company to explain and they would get in contact with me to sort the problem. they called to arracnge someone to come out and asses the damage and the guys who came out told me the person who installed the sky did a cowboy job and had to rearrange another date to come out and do it all again. the company they offered a stupid amount of compensation for the tv which was a lot less than what I paid for and when mentioning all the other problems (which I didnt notice until the guys came to asses the job i was told it was too late to do anything about it as they would of needed any damages reported in writing within 7 days. on top of that the woman who I spoke toher name was Adele had the worst attitude I have ever come across in customer service. I then went to sky who have had to compensate on their behalf but I still need to buy a new tv! stay away from this company if you have a choice.bad attitudes and service. read more

When I started with the company though I was having issues with my Virgin bill creeping up and every time I went to cancel I would get an offer, only for it to go back up again. So I decided to take the plunge and swap to Sky. I was a bit concerned about the hassle but the guys came out everything was swapped over smoothly and I am so glad I now have Sky. read more
