We were with this daycare for nearly nine years and trusted them with three of our children, which…read moremakes this especially disappointing to write. Since the new director, Mandy, took over, the experience has gone downhill. Our youngest is strong-willed, and like many 2-3 year olds, has had behavioral challenges. We have been proactive, responsive, and are actively pursuing additional support as requested. However, the feedback from the daycare was often inconsistent with what we see at home, making it difficult to partner effectively. Instead of working collaboratively, the approach from leadership became increasingly accusatory. In a recent meeting, we were told we weren't doing enough as parents and were described as "flippant," which was both inaccurate and unprofessional. When we asked for clear guidance on how to support our child in their environment, we were given vague answers like "more conversation," with no actionable plan--despite the fact that we are not there during the day. We also shared strategies that work at home, only to be told they could not be used at daycare, without being offered meaningful alternatives. At the same time, repeated requests to move our daughter to the next classroom--something we believed could help--were denied without clear reasoning. The situation culminated in our daughter being dismissed from the program the same day as this conversation. After nearly a decade with this center, the lack of professionalism, empathy, and partnership was shocking. We understand that not every child is the right fit for every environment. But the way this was handled--abruptly, without collaboration, and with blame placed on the parents--was unacceptable.

She has not even been at this daycare for 1 full year and already, my child suffered a busted lip that bled ALOT, and I did not receive a phone call to inform me. Instead, staff washed her shirt, leaving only minimal staining, and told me they did so to help with the stain yet could not inform me on how my child's lip got busted. On another occasion, the lunch lady ran over my baby with a kitchen cart, on a separate occasions my baby has came home with severe scratches on her leg and back. There were also serious safety concerns in the classroom, including adult scissors being left out on tables and accessible enough for children to reach and grab them. My child was bitten three separate times, and each bite broke the skin and left bruising. At one point, my baby developed such a severe diaper rash while in their care that we had to take her to the ER immediately, yet I received NO phone call or notification from the daycare about it. My baby also came home with a chipped tooth, and when I asked what happened, no one could provide an explanation. On another occasion, my baby came home with a blood clot of her finger. Again, no one knows anything and could provide an explanation. On a separate occasion I was inform that my baby hit her head and it left a knot yet there was no incident report or documentation. When I asked for documentation, they told me they'd have it the next day. In addition to these more serious incidents, my child has also been sent home with missing shoes, wearing the wrong diapers, and without the correct clothes and blankets. I've asked repeatedly for financial documents of my rate and was repeatedly told that I'd have it by the end of day; 4 months later, still waiting. My baby has also been exposed to at least seven different teachers due to high staff turnover, with no consistent caregiver after moving to her infant 201 class. For an infant that level of instability is extremely concerning and does not provide the consistency, familiarity, or continuity of care a child that young needs. The curriculum advertised is nonexistent. The Christian branding of this facility is completely performative and did not align because our experience there showed a different reality. And unfortunately, this is still not everything. My concerns were raised on more than one occasion, and rightfully so. Yet NOTHING was done to meaningfully address them. This caused me to start dropping my baby off in the late morning, so she could be picked up sooner in the afternoons. What I found especially troubling was the inconsistency between what is presented to parents and what is actually allowed in practice. The daycare promotes an open-door policy, yet when I tried to observe the cameras from the front desk, that became an issue. I also found the handling of my concerns to be highly unprofessional. Rather than addressing the issues directly and responsibly, the director (Amanda) failed to follow up with me, she then contacted my husband two months after my initial request for a conference and misrepresented all of my concerns. There was shift blaming, and I was labeled as having trust issues. I can't imagine how another parent's complaints maybe managed with the level of incompetency. When a parent speaks up about legitimate concerns, the response should be accountability, communication, and corrective action. That was not my experience here. My concerns were minimized to put it kindly rather than addressed. I strongly encourage parents to look elsewhere. The administration is absolutely terrible.

Originally she was still on breast milk when we started we had no issues with milk being distributed they follow the standards and go above and beyond for quality control still to this day when it comes to food or medicine. All lunches are refrigerated and heated up daily per standards. One of my favorite things is the standard they hold the teachers to and don't mess around when it comes to safety they will report themselves for something other schools tend to overlook. A few teachers have changed classes to be a better fit for the curriculum. In the evenings teachers are sometimes used in other classes to cover and make sure the student to teacher ratio is still good. Our daughter had been with them almost 3yrs and the the knowledge she comes home with is amazing since this is a STEAM program school. We have looked at other schools (to see what else is out there) One other nice thing they have is a machine called halo I think and it's a sanitizer that's also used in nicu units of hospitals. This past cold and flu season was a breeze I feel a lot of it attributed to this machine and the diligence of the staff on making the kids wash lots
