I've asked where does it say I need to do that and Chris could not give me an answer, but stated I would need to pay 60% of the remaining contract. I've read the contract and it states cancellation is acceptable if you are moving 15 miles away from "the gym" and not any gym. It's insanity that they won't honor their contract. I've asked for someone else to call me back and still no one has called me back yet. I would not recommend this gym. They have you sign a contract with rules they make and not follow their own guidelines.

The only bad thing about this gym that left a sour taste was the late fee of $20. I used this membership under a different card and I missed a payment. The late fee is $20. I went into the gym and the friendly staff said "the manager will call you back and can help remove the $20 late fee since it's your first time." He let me in and I was able to workout. Monday came and I didn't receive a call from the manager so I called the gym in the afternoon. I explained wha happened and the front desk lady said, "I'm sorry, but the manager declined the request ". Can't waive $20 huh? Thanks manager! Other than that, the gym is awesome! Staff turn around rate is extremely high because staff is treated like disposable trash. The group trainings are formed in cliques and women who tear other down and compete against eachother. Instagram influencers are set up with their phones and tripods everywhere, especially at night. Bathrooms are not well cleaned. Its been a clown show since Dave left. No longer a serious bodybuilding gym since.

It seems like every time I go into the women's locker-room a toilet has overflown which, as you can imagine, means the locker-room smells, isn't very clean or useful, and makes you never want to go in there. They also have a problem with roaches and other pests. I mostly workout at night so I always have to deal with them blocking my path, crawling in corners of the locker-room, etc. Ugh...so gross. The military needs to hire some terminators to keep the pests at bay. Other than the above aforementioned, this gym gets the job done and I usually get to watch my TV shows with full volume since other gym-goers are few and far-between.

The manager at the time, did my Intro class and I was very impressed and interested to learn more about energy meditation and how to relieve my insomnia. I joined for 3 months and took class 5x/week. After one month, I got rid of my insomnia and then after one year, I quit smoking. I was really impressed with the sincerity and patience of the instructors. I felt relaxing and more happy after each class. I highly recommend trying a class if you want to destress and get healthier.
