I came here with the front end of my car disassembled and with an incorrect mail-order inner tie rod that I had purchased online. This isn't a place for small talk, which I appreciate because I was in a hurry and needed the right part. There was a question as to whether my steering rack was manufactured by TRW or SMI. Although they only had one in stock, the sales guy said he could have the other option available for me within an hour from their other location. They're prices aren't the lowest, but there's definitely a level of expertise you'll find here that's sorely lacking at too many auto parts retail chains. These guys have experience in their field, and it shows. I'll definitely be back.

I did what I knew how to do, replaced o rings, recharged it etc, and that kept it going a little longer, but eventually it just went kaputski. Call early on a Thursday morning to say that I want to bring the car in, but need it back in time to take a road trip next week. Drop off 8am. By 9am I have a diagnosis. It's a bad diagnosis, but it's accurate - my compressor died. They get the part and have it done and ready for pickup by 12:30 the same day. Is their rate a little higher than some other shops? Sure. But you can have your choice of two of the three: cheap, fast, good. These guys are fast and good. I can't sing these folks praises enough - and as someone who loves my car, I do not trust it to many places preferring to do maintenance and simple fixes myself. Gary and his team are amazing.

I explained that my company only issues spare keys in emergency situations and asked if he could continue searching for the missing key. Instead of addressing the issue, he responded dismissively, telling me to stop focusing (dwelling) on the key and implying that if my vehicle had been in an accident, it wouldn't be in the shop. I reiterated that it is the shop's responsibility to keep track of the vehicle key. He then replied, "Well, I won't have it until next week." He then intentionally hung up on me while speaking. Additionally, I was informed that the necessary parts are on backorder, meaning my car will not be repaired anytime soon. Overall, my experience was very unpleasant, and I would strongly advise against using this shop. The owner seemed very prejudiced as well. If you're an organization with a fleet of vehicles. I would recommend Livingston Collision Inc, they were able to provide me with amazing services.

I have a van that had been to 3 different mechanics all diagnosing it as a head problem and recommending engine replacement. I called this shop, to get a quote on engine replacement for the van. I spoke with Bill who was very professional. I explained to him what was going on with the van and what the previous mechanics told me. He quickly provides a quote for me on a replacement engine. I had decided to go with them for the engine and spoke to Bill again about this. He asked me if I minded if they took another look at the van before he ordered the engine. I told him I was fine with that but I don't want to go down the diagnostic rabbit hole again, as I was already sitting in the den. I dropped the car off, then later that day he called me to say he was pretty sure they figured out what was going on with my van. He asked that I come pick up the van and drive it for a few days and see if the problem re-occurs. After some tentative test drives that evening and the next day. I decided to take it on a road trip. The van ran perfect. Bill and his team saved me thousands of dollars on and engine replacement. He could have easily just replaced the engine, charged me and moved on to the next customer. I am so impressed with the team at this place, I took my daughters Kia over for an oil change and have them look at the steering.
