If you don't do exactly what Christian and Jessica say you will be fighting a uphill battle in regards to your children there.

I started out leasing a horse through them, and with their guidance, I eventually found the perfect horse of my own. Now as a boarder, I have complete peace of mind knowing my horse is cared for with such attention and love. This barn is amazing-from the incredible care that the horses receive to the beautiful facilities. They have three areas to ride including an indoor riding ring. There are trails behind the barn that are quiet and peaceful. The horses get to graze in incredible pastures. It is just magical. So sorry that we had to leave. As a side note, after I left this barn, my horse got colic around the July 4 weekend. I could not get anyone to trailer her to Tuft's hospital. I was crazed as time was of the essence. I contacted Roger and he came to my horse's rescue and brought her to Tufts and saved her life!

I recently started playing indoor soccer here on Sundays. They have a women's league with a decent…read moreamount of teams. The soccer fields are under a big bubble. Instead of walls around the field, they are separated by curtains/netting. The field is big enough for 5 players and a goalie each side. Some of the teams play with 6, which I guess is an option, but it gets way too crowded. The refs are pretty fair, but the facility is a little dirty/dingy. All of the ladies on my team are armed with anti-bac in their soccer bags. They also seem a little disorganized with the scheduling. We've had last minute changes in scheduled games three times in two sessions. A little annoying when everyone is trying to plan their Sunday.

In some regards, this is not a bad YMCA, and I left some important stuff here (cellphone, Anker charger), and they saved it for me which was great, and saved me a lot of money and stress. I was able to go back and get it late at night, even when they were supposed to be closed. They didn't have any problem letting me in at closing time, and were pretty friendly about that. And pretty friendly in general. On the other hand some of the equipment is really old and several of us got kicked out when the section that we were using was needed for a class - and this kind of thing is a big No-No when you're paying members - so I'll give it a 4 but it could have easily gotten at 3 if they weren't so great about the stuff I left behind.
