Christian would rather belittle you through emails than address any issues or take ownership of any wrong doing. If you don't do exactly what Christian and Jessica say you will be fighting a uphill battle in regards to your children there.

The camp counselors are great and my son comes home happy with new friends and new knowledge... ID Tech is THE BEST!!! My son has been going every year for 3 years straight. I recently started playing indoor soccer here on Sundays. They have a women's league with a decent…read moreamount of teams. The soccer fields are under a big bubble. Instead of walls around the field, they are separated by curtains/netting. The field is big enough for 5 players and a goalie each side. Some of the teams play with 6, which I guess is an option, but it gets way too crowded. The refs are pretty fair, but the facility is a little dirty/dingy. All of the ladies on my team are armed with anti-bac in their soccer bags. They also seem a little disorganized with the scheduling. We've had last minute changes in scheduled games three times in two sessions. A little annoying when everyone is trying to plan their Sunday.

In some regards, this is not a bad YMCA, and I left some important stuff here (cellphone, Anker charger), and they saved it for me which was great, and saved me a lot of money and stress. I was able to go back and get it late at night, even when they were supposed to be closed. They didn't have any problem letting me in at closing time, and were pretty friendly about that. And pretty friendly in general. On the other hand some of the equipment is really old and several of us got kicked out when the section that we were using was needed for a class - and this kind of thing is a big No-No when you're paying members - so I'll give it a 4 but it could have easily gotten at 3 if they weren't so great about the stuff I left behind.
