Want to get your butt whipped into shape? Want to not feel embarassed as you groan and gasp for air…read morethrough your work out? Come here. Seriously. When I was in town for work my co-workers (who had recently joined the Body Boot Camp at Mosley's) said that I had to go with them since I've been on a health kick and am trying to get into shape. I am so glad I went! One class is $10 but for $50 you can go all month, which is a heckuva deal. On top of that the boot camp changes what you're doing so he takes care of all of the body/muscle confusion for you to get you into shape. I will tell you this is NOT easy and at one point you'll probably feel close to death, but he is so motivating and funny that he just talks you through it. At the same time you're also surrounded by men and women of all shapes and sizes who are also gasping for breath and trying to survive the next exercise he throws out as he shouts out inspirational stories, challenges you, calls you out by name to tell you that you can do it, tells jokes to make everyone laugh when they're all gasping for air. It's really an incredible experience. I've really never had this much fun while working so hard, and I love that he constantly kept you guessing about what you'd do next. He started with a warm up, then we did the main exercises and at the end he does a cool down, all in an hour! Classes range but I know there are both day and evening (7:30-8:30pm) options. I believe there is also child care because people brought their kids and they stayed in another room away from the workouts!! If you're looking to get into shape I cannot recommend this place enough, if I lived in Shreveport-Bossier you'd see me here all the time because I completely believe he will get you in shape, and make you love him and hate him as you do! HA! You can do it!

He calls his class attendees by name and challenges them to work to the best of their ability. Going to class is a fun 1-hour escape from daily life that allows people the time to focus on themselves, their fitness, and overall well-being. My personal favorites: LAB class- 20 min of legs, abs and butts always has me sore the next day and I see results by attending consistently. Cardio - 40-45 minutes of a cardio routine to awesome music ranging from the latest hip hop hits to classics like Michael Jackson. Ab exercises and stretching close the class.

There are a lot of good things and a lot of bad things. The facility was spectacular. Very very…read moreclean very organized. The parking was phenomenal. The coaches were very, very nice. The workouts of course are fantastic. This is not the first time I've been to an Orangetheory fitness. However, the down part came the second day I went there. The first day I went there the front desk staff was phenomenal. I asked if I could bring a friend along and they said sure no problem. Just have her come before the class and we'll get her organized. I've been to Orangetheory fitness before so we were there 30 minutes before And the doors were closed. We waited and waited and waited and after 15 minutes this girl came in so we went in there. She checked us in and we tried to check our friend and who was doing a demonstration trial class. She said I can't let you in because you're not here in time. I said we were here a half hour ahead of time and the cutoff is 15 minutes. she said well I'm running late. I can't help you. I can't let you in this class and she said I know nothing about her being in the class . I looked down and it was written on the Post-it note that it was listed that I was going to be coming with a trial member. I showed that to this woman who is running the desk and she took the note and threw it in the trash saying I see nothing. I said to her I need to talk to the manager she said I'm the manager. She then told me she was the owner of the place. Then she told me that she developed the Orangetheory fitness concept which was a flagrant lie. So my friend had to go home they lost a sale. So it was listed on the sign that we will not let people in five minutes after the class starts. They let one person in seven minutes after the class started and then they let somebody in 13 minutes after the class started. On the way out, I called out the manager saying she had inconsistent policies and she said "I don't care what you think. If you don't wanna be here cancel the membership". Needless to say it was a bit of a disaster. Some other interesting things is that everyone looked the part, except for this girl who claimed she was the owner of Orangetheory fitness, not being mean, but she could afford to lose some weight she could afford to comb her hair, maybe wash her hair. She may want to put on some makeup to cover her acne, and most importantly, she may change her attitude that being said if they fire her which I have no doubt they will have to because there's no way she's the owner and if she is in charge, the place has likely closed by now anyway if they I think the place would be fantastic

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and explain everything. They answered all my questions and I love that you can try a class out for free. No pressure, if you don't like it, nothing lost. The space is nice and clean. There are restrooms, lockers, and showers. It's convenient and I'm partial to group classes. You should take one class and see for yourself !
