Our child never attended one day that they deserve to keep my money. Also, if I signed a contract agreeing to this policy, I'd like them to mail me a copy (still waiting). But I don't believe I did. You are absolute jerks but hide it well as long as you have people's business. Our child didn't leave for another gym, so to act like vindictive, jilted lovers is so opposite of what you preach. Vindictive because you are withholding things from her to punish her for making a life choice at 16 years old. I never expected such behavior with the exception of one front desk person. Her I expected it from. ALSO, in my opinion, the turnover rate of coaches is very high and that should be concerning. In my opinion.
