The classroom is small, poorly ventilated, and uncomfortably hot. The children spend most of the time sitting at tables assembling LEGO independently, with very little guidance or group interaction. This does not feel like a camp environment, especially for younger kids. On the first day, my son (who does not speak English) had no real interaction with other children and spent most of the time sitting alone. He did not use the restroom at all during a full day (9:00 AM-2:30 PM), which already raised concerns about supervision. On the second day, I specifically asked staff to remind him to use the restroom and assist him if needed. I was told they would have another child take him instead of an adult, which is not appropriate for a 4-year-old, especially one who does not speak English. He ended up having a bathroom accident. Staff called me but refused to help him change, even though he had spare clothes in his backpack. When I arrived 30-40 minutes later, my son was sitting outside in wet clothes, crying, with no meaningful support provided. Staff made no real effort to comfort him or help resolve the situation. This was extremely distressing for my child and not an acceptable level of care. Overall concerns: - Lack of supervision for young children - No assistance in basic situations (bathroom, changing) - Inappropriate expectations for a 4-year-old - Minimal engagement or structured activities - Uncomfortable indoor conditions This experience did not meet basic expectations for safety, care, or age-appropriate programming.

I had to run some errands in Palo Alto, and my little one tagged along with me for this trip. I…read morethought it'd be fun to bring her along to this museum. There isn't much fun stuff to do in Palo Alto if you're a tiny tot, but this place seemed like it was created for the little ones! Would highly rec if you are in Palo Alto for a day and want to bring your young child somewhere. There are different parts to this - a museum, and also a mini zoo. The museum has all sorts of fun activities, similar to the Bay Area Discovery with building blocks, magnets, trains, cars, tops, etc. The mini zoo is also quite fun with a variety of animals, although not many. The quality of the animals was great, though. They had a feeding hour for the Flamingos when I was there, and although my toddler was not interested, it seemed like the staff stayed for the whole hour, and made sure that anyone who wanted to do it had a chance to do so. Other animals there included a free-roaming peacock! The only draw here is that it's a little small, compared to a real zoo, or a real museum such as the Bay Area Discovery Museum, or the California Academy of Sciences. That being said, the price for this museum was quite reasonable, at $14 per person over 1 year old. Even for the 1.5 hours I was there, I thought it was well worth it! Free parking too. If in the area, I'd definitely stop by again.

Still, we were able to spend a quality couple of hours here and enjoy the time with the kids. A nice little museum with a tree house and some animals that the kids will enjoy. Again, slightly small, but overall a good time.

If you want fun, energetic, and patient staff who make sure the kids are having fun while learning something, this is the place. The staff are well trained to enthusiastically greet and remember every child, so the kids feel seen and important. The classes are usually pretty large and noisy, so sometimes it seems like they're herding cats. They positively redirect children when they get distracted or become disruptive. However, if kids are doing anything dangerous or being too disruptive, parents/caregivers are asked to intervene. This place has just the right balance of letting kids be kids, learning classroom skills (listening, observing, waiting in line, taking turns, trying new things), and learning beginning gymnastics skills. If you are trying to develop a future Olympian at a place with strict teachers expecting perfection, this is not the place. If you are looking for a fun place where your child will feel welcome and can learn classroom and gross motor skills, this is the place!

The team at MyGym is absolutely exceptional. Every instructor we've met has been patient, energetic, and genuinely tuned in to each child's individual personality and pace. They don't just run a class: they teach. They model boundaries, guide with age-appropriate discipline, and use positive, thoughtful language that builds confidence and emotional awareness. The environment is structured in all the right ways while still being fun, silly, and full of heart. Our daughter looks forward to her Ninja class every single week, and watching her grow stronger, braver, and more self-assured has been such a gift. The care and intention behind everything they do shows in every moment. Highly, highly recommend to any family looking for something more than just another activity...this place truly gets it.

I booked a Tuesday evening class during winter break. You get a confirmation email and that's it. I was worried about prep but they prepare everything for you and thought up everything as well. Small parking lot. They had us wash our hands when we arrived and then each kiddo had a color sheet with crayons. Nice touch but defeats the purpose of washing our hands first. The two of us shared a table with another mom with their toddler. Each toddler had their own set up to make 6 cookies. Everything was pre measured and it wasn't too messy. We were able to bake 6 cookies and use whatever toppings - she got to choose between chocolate chips, m&ms, white chocolate chips and these dried fruits. They read a book to the kids and then made milk shakes as a group. Each kid got a small cup and to place chocolate chips/m&Ms in. The cookies were really delicious and my child loved the milk shake. One thing is that you can't stop other kiddos from touching your items/food. Would return.

We…read moresigned up for a shared table experience, but we did not realize that "shared" meant all parties at the table would be sharing the same sauce, ingredients, and cooking steps. For example, all six of us were mixing one single sauce together with only three ingredients. This was not communicated clearly in the class description and felt very uncomfortable. The class description also stated that everything would be made from scratch, but that was not the case. We wrapped pre-cut chicken in pre-made phyllo dough, which was very different from what we were expecting based on how the class was advertised. Additionally, the experience felt a bit low-quality. The appetizer was a single small plate of pita bread and oil--probably under $2 total--to be shared among all six people. There was also a lot of waiting around, with the kids taking turns doing very small tasks such as sharing the chopping of just one onion. Overall, the experience felt slow, uncomfortable, and not aligned with what we believed we were paying for. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this class to others and do not plan to return. Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback. I hope it helps improve future classes.
