Linda and her team (especially Kalysta!) have been caring for my pets for approximately 12 years,…read moreand I recommend her without hesitation. She is dependable, conscientious, and genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. Her responsibilities have included feeding my cats, caring for numerous outdoor bird feeders and bird baths, watering plants as needed, and even administering insulin injections to a diabetic cat. She pays attention to details, keeps me informed while I'm away, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is well cared for. What I appreciate most is her willingness to help when it matters most. About ten years ago, my mother passed away unexpectedly in California. I had to leave town with virtually no notice. Despite having a very busy schedule, Linda stepped in and cared for my pets for nearly three weeks. Knowing that my animals and home were in such capable hands was an enormous comfort during a difficult time. Because of Linda, I can travel knowing that my pets will receive attentive, loving care and that everything at home will be looked after as well. Over the years she has earned my complete trust, and I am deeply grateful for her help. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an exceptional pet sitter.

We've used Glenda and her team to look after our cats for going on 6 years. Before our first…read moreservice, she came to our house to meet us and our fur babies. As others have mentioned, she takes detailed notes about each pet so she and her team can insure the best care. When we started with Four Footed Fitness, we had 3 senior cats and scheduled two 30 minute visits each day. We've stayed with this schedule, even though we now have younger cats. The team is great! They open shades when they come in the morning and take care of feeding, freshening water, and play time. In the evening, they clean the litter box, take care of feeding, and play with the cats. They also bring in the mail, close the shades, take out trash, and check the fountain outside - adding water, if needed. We get photos and a message from both the morning and evening visits each day. The team also checks in to make sure we arrived home at the scheduled time. It's nice to know that they have our cats covered if we're delayed for any reason! We highly recommend Glenda and her team.

We tried another pet sitting service before Glenda and her team and we weren't satisfied. After scouring reviews, we decided to give Four Footed Fitness a try. And we are so glad we did! Glenda set up an appointment to meet us and our fur babies and was extra thorough when taking notes about each of their personalities and preferences. Everyday we are away we get photo and text updates and always get a sweet handwritten note on return. We also love the ability to schedule, pay and update information about our cats online! Thank you for always taking amazing care of our kitties, Glenda!!

I brought my dog here because she'd had bloat about a year and a half ago and she was vomiting and…read morehacking, so I was concerned about recurrence. I called VEG from another local emergency vet service (a national urgent care vet service located in Oro Valley) that was simply geographically closer but I'd been waiting at for 45 minutes without being seen. VEG said ok we'll see her on entry, and when you get here, let them know you already have a chart on file. As soon as I brought my dog through the door, they greeted her with a team of physicians and support staff. They were RIGHT on the situation IMMEDIATELY! With empathy, knowledge, and skill. No joke - start to finish, probably 15 minutes total from my entry to the diagnosis, treatment, and release. I was thinking this will take easily 2-3 hours here, but not at all. Yep, I got an initial diagnosis within one minute saying 99% sure it's not bloat this time but would recommend an x-ray to be certain; and more diagnostics if you want after that. Not that it's about the amount of time it takes, but that aspect wildly exceeded my expectations! But the QUALITY of care, the treatment of both my dog and me by the staff, my comfort level with the facility, they were all absolutely outstanding! So then they did the x-rays, officially ruled out bloat, and I even got a bonus look at the heart and lungs as well from that x-ray and found no issues and that's great for a 12.5 year old dog! That was a BONUS diagnosis when the sole goal of the visit was to simply rule out bloat. All done with skill and empathy! I used VEG for the bloat surgery for this same dog and I've used them in between then and now for other dogs as well. So I can say the level of service is consistently excellent. That surgery changed our dog's life and ours. She's lived her best life in the year and a half since then and it's had a positive impact on our entire pet household. Let's just say VEG was QUITE the opposite experience from the other emergency vet. I've never felt so valued and appreciated as a client. VEG stands on its own for superior customer experience but when you contrast it with the experience I had just a few minutes earlier, it stands head and shoulders above any other emergency vet.

DO NOT TAKE EXOTICS HERE…read more Emergency visit for my rabbit, Oliver, at approximately 3:30 AM on 6.14.26 after traveling from Sierra Vista due to lack of exotic-specific veterinary care locally. He presented with a significant hind leg wound/lesion that appeared deep and concerning for possible abscess or infection, with notable surrounding tissue changes. During intake and evaluation, I interacted with Clara (vet tech), Kam (vet tech), Sarah (lead), and Jeff (doctor). I am very disappointed in the treatment and overall handling of my visit. I brought my animal in for a legitimate medical concern and felt that assumptions were immediately made about my intentions and myself personally, rather than focusing on the clinical situation at hand. During the visit, I was made to feel as though I was being viewed with suspicion, including the implication that I was seeking medication for myself or that I had caused harm intentionally. This was inappropriate and distressing in a medical setting. My primary concern is the standard of care provided. My animal was discharged without clear evidence of appropriate diagnostic workup such as imaging, antibiotics, or more advanced wound treatment. From my understanding, the wound was cleaned and then the case was effectively closed without further intervention, despite the severity of the injury. I have attached an image for reference showing the condition at discharge. Overall, I am concerned about both the medical decision making and the professionalism of staff interactions. During the visit, interactions were recorded, which contributed to a sense of being scrutinized rather than supported during an emergency medical situation. As a result of the lack of exotic-specific veterinary services in Sierra Vista, I traveled to Tucson to ensure Oliver could receive appropriate emergency care. Oliver is currently under emergency veterinary care and undergoing further evaluation and treatment. I am documenting this experience due to concerns regarding communication and intake assessment during an emergency exotic animal visit, and I am requesting follow-up from clinic leadership regarding the process. Edit: Following my visit, an employee from the clinic appeared as a suggested account on my Instagram. While this could have been the platform's algorithm, it left me wondering whether my profile had been viewed. Around the same time, LinkedIn notified me that employees from the company had viewed my profile, including a screenshot identifying visitors from the organization. When I raised my concerns, Lindsey the Medical Director denied the clinic looking me up. I can't say with certainty why these events occurred, but the timing contributed to my discomfort regarding my privacy and the overall experience.
