I call them on my way to their office, they answered like oh the appointment is cancelled. You didn't fill out the form prior to the appointment, has to be the day prior. I told them they should inform people of that, be clear about " if you don't fill your form the day prior, your appointment will be cancelled". But they didn't, I asked to leave work for nothing, wasted my time, bad customer service. In fairness the actual treatments are very good from what I heard, but the front office customer service is atrocious. I guess I'll never find out. Hope you have better luck.

I'm really bad with names, but during my visits I got multiple massages by this cuban man and a Venezuelan lady. The cuban would add more pressure and work the muscles, the Venezuelan would be more gentle and relaxing. Both have different styles but my favorite one was when the cuban man would use his elbow. That elbow technique would give me the best results. I told him that massage was an inch close to "torture", since it was painful. He was working deep tissue muscles, so of course it hurt. But the results on the day after were felt. The staff is friendly and they always worked around my busy schedule. The Drs would take their time to explain to me exactly what I had and how to take care of myself. I call customer service and they just say my provider is so busy with over patients. I'm happy he gets to help so many people, but I wish I could receive the treatment and care I pay for. It's like $159 per appointment for a 10-minute conversation. Why can't my issue be resolved? it's been over 72 hours and nothing is being done. I need my medication filled.
