Audrey is so wonderful! We're first time homebuyers & just closed on our home. She was great…read morethroughout the whole process and it went so smoothly. Any questions I had, she answered. She was very easy to reach, communicative, adaptable, and so quick! The rate was good too. I spoke with a few loan officers prior to talking with Audrey and many of them weren't personable, they lagged on answering questions for days, and weren't respectful of mine & my husband's time. Audrey was very sweet and was always there for us even when we had silly questions. Definitely recommend Audrey & her team! Very trustworthy and super easy to work with. We're so grateful :-)

What can I say about Audrey? First off, it was thanks to her…read morethat made my experience in home ownership less stressful. She was excellent from the start. Always available for any questions my wife and I had. Always prompt with her response. And always patience enough to take time to explain things to us. I can honestly say that without Audrey things would have been hectic and chaotic. Her temperament and attitude during the process calm me down if anything unexpected were to come up. In a way I felt like Audrey was part of my family during this process because I know she wanted the best for us. And for that I am truly blessed and grateful. I would highly recommend anyone to give Audrey a call if they are in need of a loan. You won't regret it. Thanks soooo much Audrey!!!!

In this business, execution and timing are everything--Esther and Paul delivered on both at a very high level. From initial structuring through funding, the process was handled with precision. Communication was clear and efficient, expectations were managed properly, and any complexities were addressed proactively without slowing down the timeline. That level of control over a transaction is not easy to find. What stood out most was the ability to navigate the deal strategically while keeping everything moving forward. For anyone operating in real estate investment or development, having a lending partner you can rely on is critical. Esther and Paul has proven to be exactly that. Looking forward to doing more deals together.

We attempted a home refinance with Loan Factory and worked with Arton Chau as our loan officer and…read moreAnder David Herrera as our processor. Our refi did have some unique circumstances given I was on maternity leave at the time and I wanted to give some grace for that, but the issues we had went far beyond a complicated refi. Additionally, when we decided to go with another company, the process was so smooth that it proved the situation never should have been viewed as that complicated to begin with. The main issues were: 1) Information would be asked for, we would provide that information, nothing would happen, we would ask questions then they would share they needed information that we had already provided that was right there in the same email thread. 2) The information they claimed to need from my employer kept escalating. They asked for a letter verifying I was still employed despite being on leave, my employer provided it, nothing happened, we checked on progress and they said we needed more. They asked to speak with my manager to simply confirm my employment, they didn't contact her for over a week, then they asked HR type questions she couldn't possibly answer. Then they claimed they just needed HR to confirm verbally that they had issued the letter, then they finally talked to HR and asked a bunch more questions. It was bizarre and honestly, my employer was apologizing to me by the end of it while I was apologizing to them. 3) They didn't care about official loan deadlines, because it seemed to be their plan to keep asking for extensions. We initiated everything on 9/8 and as of 10/17, past the 30 day mark, they were still "gathering information." Working with the company we ended up going with, we started with them on 10/21 and everything was completely wrapped up by 11/14. 4) When working with other loan officers I've had experience with, they will do things periodically on weekends or in the evenings as necessary to hit deadlines. This team seemed to never work weekends and at one point Ander went MIA for over a week of the process and was supposedly on vacation with no back-up. This wouldn't be a big deal if it were a longer process, but over a week out of 30 days is pretty extreme. From what I can tell, these people just aren't that skilled. They clearly have a big company and Factory is an apt name for it as I think they just get as much business as they can get, turn and burn, and don't really care about the service they are providing.
