It is a short sale offer and Cristi warned us of the potential problems associated with it before we even made the offer. Cristi knew exactly what to do and when to do it. After several months we finally heard back from the short sale lender and gave us little to no time to perform inspections and repairs. In combination with a VA loan on my side, it was a nightmare. Cristi started making calls, making plans and getting EVERYTHING done in a very very short window. She showed up one day and helped get it done, including getting a concrete wall painted!
