Apparently they wanted us to pay a retainer to lock in the date, but we were just supposed to guess that was required since it was never mentioned in any communication nor was an invoice provided to us to do so or a means of payment discussed. We would have had no problem at all paying even in full had the business mentioned it even once that it was required. Really a disappointing experience all around working with the provider.
