There were many wedding planners I contacted to either get no response back or wanting to charge way more than I could afford. Sandra not only called me back within the day, but was solving problems for me before I even officially hired her. She and her team(Keyiana and Meda) were with me every step of the way. She gave me 110% of her time and energy everytime. There wasn't anything I asked her about that she couldn't help me with or help me come up with a solution. I couldn't recommend her more.

    We booked Sandra for my baby shower and the few things we asked her to do right turned out to be a…read moredisaster which I have pictures of. We asked for cupcakes in a flower pot and provided her with a picture. She then took it upon herself to google something completely different and provided us with a horrible recreation of it. Her response to our complaints... "I'm not an artist." Ummm ok then why did you say " Oh I can do that"...What a joke. She even sat out 2 on display that were complete mistakes she said she thought she took out. I could go on and on about the pots not being too small and her smart remarks, her setting up late, providing dead flowers for the centerpieces and the catering not being that great. Sandra is completely unprofessional, careless and insensitive to what you request. I highly suggest supporting another company that is actually going to provide you with what you're paid for. Truly regretful of letting her plan my shower, she was such a disappointment. The response from the owner is another example of her insensitivity and incompetence. There was nothing Winnie the Pooh themed about the shower. Everything was just yellow. No one even had a clue. If Sandra would have taken the time to confirm what we actually wanted there would have been a totally different outcome. She even posted pictures of party favors my family ordered that had nothing to do with what she provided or did. A copyright infringement removal has been requested.

    I hired Lauren w/VIP as a "Day-Of Coordinator" for my wedding in August of this year…read more She was willing to provide a consultation to explain what she could do for me, and describe the different packages she has (one package was top-to-bottom wedding planning--I wish I would've had her in the beginning!). I planned most of my wedding with the help of my fiance's mother, but as the time grew closer, I just knew that chaos would reign unless I had someone else to assist me on that day. I didn't feel it was fair to my family and friends to expect them to coordinate details on the day of my wedding--after all, I want them to be able to relax & enjoy the day! Once I hired Lauren, she got right to work. We completed a wedding timeline together, she contacted my vendors, and she sorted out details that I wouldn't have even thought of. Before the wedding, my fiance didn't fully understand why I needed to hire ANOTHER person to help with stuff (wedding planners/coordinators aren't cheap). Didn't we already have his mother and a bunch of vendors? After the wedding, he said, "Boy, am I glad we hired Lauren. I hate to think what would've happened if we hadn't." Me too, baby, me too!--trust me when I say: peace of mind is worth every dime.

We have also used them for special occasion arrangements and they are by far our favorite. Our wedding venue was Scioto Reserve Country Club. The floral arrangements and customer service exceeded our expectations. Through initial stages of planning to the wedding day, our questions and hopes were addressed with great attention. We had requested a unique floral design to be hung from the ceiling above the bride and groom. The result was nothing short of magical. When the bride arrived at the venue and saw the arrangement she was brought to tears. It was more than a floral arrangement - it was artwork. In selecting this floral shop for our wedding needs, we were drawn to the original designs that were viewed through the website. Each wedding featured had uniquely personal features that were evident in the setting and bridal bouquets. If you want a personalized floral experience, there isn't a better business to support your needs. The bouquets and table arrangement were of highest quality and elegant. The floral designers were able to design the romantic setting that the bride and groom were hoping for. The customer service was responsive to all of our needs.

When the flowers arrived, there were only 4 roses--when the online photo showed many sweetheart roses. Many of the flowers appeared days old with the petals already curling in. I had to purchase more flowers elsewhere to try to make it presentable. Not the caliber of design I expected. Next time, I will go elsewhere.
