Thanks to Rez that's REZREZ he help me out with my camera fix I needed my camera fixed and I got the battery that I needed for my canon was very helpful in getting me what I needed is a lot of variety here. Highly recommended support your local business and that's about it on Sacramento Street close to many things like the Ymca Waverly place and it's so much more. That's it appreciate it.

From the start of the interaction they were very kind and helpful, I had bought a digital camera from them in the beginning of March, a month had past and I was having issues with my camera so I took it back and they were being very understanding and helpful and saw the fact that as a customer I had to go out of my way to go though Bart to get there, they were very understanding and helpful and let me replace the faulty camera with another one. It was clear that they did this to ensure that they rarely have had issues with their products before. They're great and have fair prices!!

Do not buy from here. These people are scammers and will take advantage of you and your inexperience. My friend and I went into this shop looking at the cameras only to be roped into buying our own. The salesman made it seem like a very good deal, telling us he could sell us the cameras at a lower price than normal. Neither of us had done any research beforehand on either of the cameras, but the prices for them alone ended up being similar, if not the exact same, as models online. He also scammed us into paying for what we thought were 128GB SD cards, only to check later and find out they were only 4GB, which I ended up paying $65 for. He also gave me two different types of batteries, one of which I had to Google image search to figure out what they were, because when I searched the name online nothing would come up. They didn't seem to be the most high quality for a camera store. The receipt I was given didn't have any type of information on what I had paid for. It only had the total amount of money I paid and a message in small text stating what I bought was non-refundable. All together I paid around $195 which is a total ripoff. The salesman also put both the batteries and SD cards into the cameras from behind the counter out of our view, so we had no idea he scammed us until after. Again, do not buy from here. It is a scam.

my newly fixed camera!

They are so kind and knowledgeable about cameras. They replaced a part in my digital camera, and when the issue wasn't entirely resolved, took another look at it and performed the proper repair in a very timely manner. I have nothing but good things to say about them, and I will definitely be coming back!

They have every type of camera ever here! If you love cameras or seeing cameras from all different time periods, come visit.

Bad quality filter sold like a premium filter price

I bought an ND filter for $69 (Thinking that should be good) and they sold me the cheapest filter that ever had. I was in a rush that's why I bought it. I do not recommend this place. BUY ONLINE, everything over priced. The seller was rude and He didn't let me see the filter before I purchased

Service was great. Went in there with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service and selection.

I hate to post negatively about a small business but I've been to this business over a dozen times…read moreover the last three years and have had nothing but negative experiences. EVERYTIME I go they are short with me and talk down to me. I've been there enough and waisted in line enough to even notice how they treat non poc vs. me. They prefer cash, I understand that some businesses prefer this. If you don't have cash they tell you to Zelle them, which is also a form of paying CASH. If you don't have cash then they charge you a 3-4 extra dollars for Zelle, which never makes sense to me. One day I was a dollar short and I offered to Zelle the dollar but they then insisted I pay the 3-4 extra dollars because I didn't have cash and that just feels wrong, considering Zelle is cash and I paid almost all of it in cash. I went today and I brought enough cash and I offered it to the woman working and when it came time to collect the change I had my palm out in eyesight for her and she tossed the cash and coins at me all over the counter, I just found the interaction extremely rude. Never in my life would I ever throw money at a paying customer. At the very least you can treat a regular customer as a human and hand them the cash so I don't have to gather the coins on the counter myself. By the way she didn't charge me the cash price they usually say, I ended up paying the extra 3-4 dollars in fees... The quality of work is fine and they are fast so if you can get past how rude they are then you're gonna be fine. I just would never recommend a business like this. Fireside Camera is not that far and they have the same price range and are extremely nice and fair.

San Francisco awesome! I found a very old roll of film that my dad took in the navy. Photoworks…read moreassisted with generating the black and white prints. Great service and turn around time was quick! Thank you!

I've been dabbling in film photography for years now, but the service at Photoworks here in SF has…read morereally discouraged me from trusting other parties to develop my film; film that, as you know, is quite pricey to keep up with. I have resorted to squirreling away my many rolls of film (some of which are needed urgently) and driving all the way to my hometown two hours away to get them developed. Photoworks has completely altered the quality of my photos every time I come to them. (Note: I do return to places I hadn't had a good time at just to make sure it's not me, and to say I tried.) I've attached some examples of HALF a really important roll that turned out awfully. I took the same roll to another developer and they told me there was no issue with the roll or light exposure, and that Photoworks did cause the issue, not the camera. They also stopped communicating with me via phone when my scans would be ready and when the film is ready, which they always used to do before. Also, I used Harman Red (which should come out orangey) and they returned the scans almost purple in color. Just the little things I have to go back over that would have saved me time if the developing had come out right in the first place. Sorry to say! Just my two cents. Also...the prices are extremely high. I'm sorry...$25+ for scanning and developing one roll??? I pay half that at another spot! For the price, I should be getting what I pay for.
