The staff are very knowledgeable about photography and the stock that they sell as I have as been into the store and asked advice on what type of lenses to buy for different projects many times and have always been given good advice. I have also taken my camera in for repair as it was under the one year warranty and it was dealt with very efficiently. They sent the camera away and contacted me when it had returned and there was no fee to pay as it was under a year old and was purchased from Jessops, so was covered by their warranty. It may be a small store, but if you are looking for personal service and good honest advice on what camera equipment to buy then Jessops in Ketteirng is a good place to start. They also offer a range of print services which can be accessed either via the store or using their website. I have been caught out once as they occasionally have company reps working alongside their normal sales staff, now although their knowledge about their own products is excellent, they obviously have a vested interest in what they are selling and may not necessarily recommend the same product s the actual Jessops staff would.

I emailed an enquiry to them 3 days ago. An automated reply said the email had been received and I would get a reply as soon as someone became available. After 3 days and no reply, Im guessing they are very short staffed? Very unprofessional? Still as useless as last time I used them? So far up their own backside, they treat people poorly? Take your pick. Not sure how they even deserve 1 star really.

I never felt as tho I had to quickly feed her and settle her it was all very relaxed! Which made the experience that more enjoyable! I would defenitly chose Ian worth photography for further family photos!
