I emailed an enquiry to them 3 days ago. An automated reply said the email had been received and I would get a reply as soon as someone became available. After 3 days and no reply, Im guessing they are very short staffed? Very unprofessional? Still as useless as last time I used them? So far up their own backside, they treat people poorly? Take your pick. Not sure how they even deserve 1 star really.

I order something from their web site, they do not have the items in stock, and they still charge…read moremy credit card. They didn't contact me, or update my online ordering status, and leave me in the dark. I have to sent multiple emails in order to find out the items are out of stock. Very poor online order system, it should not allow customers to order the item if it is not in stock. Very poor customer services, sent multiple emails and they do not response to my emails. Leave voice message, and they never call back. I will definitely NOT TO BUY from them again.

AVOID !!! the kit i ordered arrived with many parts missing…read more- i was reassured i was going to receive them - but i never got them - so decided to give everything back for a full refund - after struggling for a month with them after the kit was sent back i was finally told that a refund was made - to my surprise they kept 25% restocking fee !!! which in my case was £ 300 !! - now i am issuing a claim through my credit card and the OFT - very dodgy - AVOID.
