I had time in town to spend and decided to have a little spa day by getting a mani-pedi.!I chose to go to Camden Nail Spa after reading the reviews of various nail spas in the area seeing that it seemed to be the more popular spot and I was closest to the location. I'm glad I didn't let the negative reviews scare me off! I had the best experience there. Yes, you will wait awhile, but the service there is excellent. David was my nail tech, and he did an amazing job, was patient with me, and gave me exactly what I wanted. If I go back, I will definitely be asking for him again!

    Design on toe.

This place was gentle and kind. I love the design they did. I would recommend this place.

very disappointed with my nails, tips were uneven and all of my nails were different shapes!

She was rushing through my manicure and was talking on a call while doing my nails. Would not recommend going here.

This was my first time given that the salon just opened 3 weeks ago. I had an appointment at 4 and I was immediately welcomed by the friendly staff and noticed how beautiful the salon was! They were pretty busy but I didn't have to wait too long. I believe it was Dang who did my nails and he did a fantastic job. It was very quick, smooth, and precise. I've been to a bunch of nail places but this was my favorite experience by far. And the prices are great too. Very much recommend

My nail turned purple from acetone sitting on for an hour. The previous color I had was orange/red.

I had a similar experience before but chalked it up to Covid. Had I paid attention to the flags instead of always believing the best in people, I would have never gone back. I don't believe that people are racist initially, some people are just a$$holes. Today I arrived at the nail shop about 11:00. A mom and her daughter (white) arrived after me and a couple of more white clients. The black girl that works there looked me in my face and serviced the white clients. Told them it would be a 30 minute wait and then came back and gave them the color wheel. It was only after I made eye contact with her and smirked that she brought me the color palette or wheel, whatever you would like to call it. About 11:10, I was asked whether I wanted my nails or pedicure done first, said it didn't matter so she use the drill to remove the gel and as she was about to wrap my nails she got called somewhere else. Then the owners young daughter came over and put the foil on my nails. I think she is about 12 or 13 (is there a law for that?). I sat patiently watching Stranger Things. Almost an hour later I watched as people that came after me (all white) was getting serviced. So I asked, "Did y'all forget about me because people coming after me is getting serviced before me". They all looked confused and not one person responded. I looked for the girl to remove the gloves from my hands and she came. I asked what was the charge for that and she said nothing. I said oh okay, because I am leaving. Acetone stayed on my nails for an hour. Think they want your kind in there, you're wrong!

The blue is the shape I wanted. The pink is the shape I got. I requested the stiletto shape and ended up with oval. The tech was watch a soccer game on his cellphone the entire time and ruined my nails. I went to another salon to fix it.

    Blue and pink glitter

First nail salon I went to after moving here and I haven't went anywhere else so that's saying alot. I think they do excellent, just tell them what you want. Don't leave it to them to make a decision. They really take their time with pedicures and I like the choices. I love the variety of colors too! Receptionist is awesome! Glad I found this pls s

This is the best nail salon I have been to in a while. I was seated right away and offered drinks. I picked a light pink dip powder that ended up being a little see through. My nail tech happily added a darker pink to fix the problem. My total was $40 and it was so worth it!

I have tried so many places in Camden and surrounding areas and have never been satisfied. This place was amazing!! Amazing staff, they all were extremely friendly. They kept things clean. Nails look amazing.

Don't waste your time. EVERYONE rushes through services. Skips steps during pedicures and are not at all personable.

When we arrived, we were told the pizza oven was down. That wasn't a huge issue, so I specifically asked our waitress if it would affect anything else on the menu. She initially told us it would not. After we were seated and ordered our appetizer, we were then informed that the Spinach & Artichoke Dip couldn't be made because the pizza oven was down. That directly contradicted what we had just been told. If other menu items were unavailable, we should have been informed before ordering. My wife ordered an Irish Mule, and it was poorly made. We've ordered drinks here before without any issues, so this was surprising and disappointing. I ordered the French Dip, and it was one of the worst I've ever been served. The sandwich arrived already completely soaked through with au jus, making the bread soggy and falling apart before I even picked it up. The au jus itself was unusually thick and slimy instead of being a light dipping sauce. The presentation looked rushed and careless, as if no attention had been paid to plating. The service only got worse from there. After our food was delivered, no one came back to check on us, ask how everything was, or offer refills. We eventually had to flag someone down just to get our check. I also think the wait staff could benefit from better training in professionalism and guest interaction. The overall service felt awkward and inattentive. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that my wife and I have always enjoyed coming here. We brought my sister because we genuinely believed she'd have a great experience based on our previous visits. Instead, it was honestly embarrassing. Being from New York City and Boston, we've eaten at plenty of restaurants, and this visit simply didn't meet even basic expectations. We spent $93.47, and unfortunately, it felt like money wasted. This wasn't just a mediocre meal--it was an experience that made me feel embarrassed for recommending the restaurant in the first place. I sincerely hope this was just an off day because Old Chicago has been a great establishment in the past. However, based on this visit, I can't recommend it until the food quality, communication, and service improve.

Once at our destination a had to pull out my own pedicure foot care smoother. There are not enough technicians to handle the clientele in such a manner as to properly provide the type of services to which their clientele deserve to receive, especially at their prices. She did exactly as I asked they were beautiful I was so excited. I hadn't had my nails done in almost 7 years and I was so excited. They were beautiful so I get off the work today. I call and ask if she had to time to do a fill in she said that she did not but one of her colleagues did to come on. So I did, walked in picked out my colors was told to sit at table number 3. So lady Pam would be her name was so rude. She barely said to word to me. I let her know that I did not like my nails thick and that I would like them square round with the length perfect like they were. long story short, she had finger nails literally pointing in opposite direction by the middle of getting my fill in. Then try to tell me that was the way my fingers were. It was awful and then on top it off as this was not bad enough that I walked out of there with my nails looking like complaint shit and still was charged 48. Dollars for a nail fill in when I just got a $50 gift certificate and got a full set of a beautiful nails. I am beyond pissed and I will post all over every single site. I know and tell everybody I know plus some to never step foot in this place again move off until then they'd better not ever go there. We will boycott this business. My nails now look like crap.
