He told me yes they did and that they had three of them. So I told him I would be right there to get One so I went right away when I got there they only had one. I looked at it and said I didn't think it would go down my pipes and make the ninety degree turn but they assured me it would so I rented it and took it home and as I thought it was too big so I took it back when I got there Matt asked me if it worked I told him no it didn't. He asked my name and hit buttons on his computer for a few minutes so I thought he was refunding my rental charge instead after 5 minutes he looks up and says (Well is there anything else I can help you with) no offer of a refund or that they would let me use a smaller one when they got it back. I asked why he told me they had three when they only had one and he told me they own three but that didn't mean that they were at the store and he didn't check to see if they were. So just BEWARE IF YOU RENT FROM THEM AND IT DOES NOT WORK YOU WILL NOT GET ANY TYPE OF REFUND. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND TELL EVERYONE I TALK TO NOTTO GO THERE. !!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

The gentleman at the counter couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Let me take bolts out to the parking lot to match up what I needed. I insisted he charged me $20 to show my appreciation for the help and hospitality but he refused and only charged me the $3. Not enough good things to say about the store and its people. The prices are higher than Lowe's or Home Depot but again (from me); supporting local business is important and something I am willing to spend a bit more for. It is awfully convenient to have this size of store in little ole Pendleton...smaller than a big box but large enough to carry whatever your home improvement needs are. Today I was costing fertilizer and the price was just slightly higher than Home Depot. Good enough for me. There isn't a ton of staff there but the place is never too busy either.

Excellent at fixing screen doors and a great place to get your Propane tanks refilled. (seems I always run out when we have company over for a cook out...and someone walks through the sliding screen door at some point in the evening!) If you have a problem with plumbing, painting, yard work, anything related to your home repairs, These folks can help, and it won't cost you an arm and a leg.
