I even reached out to the company that handled my wedding years ago, but their rates were shockingly high. After a little research, I found Zark Limo, and I'm so glad I did! From the very first email to the final drop-off, their professionalism and communication were outstanding. They were patient and flexible while dealing with all the flight delays and cancellations, and Eileen was an absolute pleasure to work with--she even helped me book another pickup for a fellow cast member without any hassle. Everything was handled with care, professionalism, and a touch of genuine kindness. I highly recommend Zark Limo for anything from a simple airport transfer to a night out or a business trip. They truly helped make our trip even better!

The dispatcher called me back immediately after I left a message with the company, and was friendly and helpful in coordinating travel details for an airport pickup for my parents, who are... not technology friendly. Dispatcher called me back the afternoon of my parent's scheduled arrival with specific info on their driver - name, phone #, etc - in addition to trying to text it to them. (Nice try, my parents don't understand texting.) Their driver called moments after they stepped off the plane, and he was available curbside to them as soon as they'd collected their luggage. I'd warned them that there was quite a bit of luggage, so the driver had even brought an assistant to help him load up. Mom reported that the SUV they sent was clean and well cared for, and still had plenty of room for her, my dad, and their 8 suitcases. Driver was friendly and attentive. Mom could not have been more pleased. She even asked for his card! (Mom NEVER does this, because she finds fault with EVERYTHING.) I think it's safe to say we've found our new transportation service! ETA - this company and 1 Luxury Limousine are the same company. (Reviews are pretty great on both.) Not sure why there are two profiles, but it seemed worth mentioning.

I am born and raised Philly breed...(still Philly living) I decided to take my boyfriend on this tour as part of his birthday surprise since it was so different... it's amazing how you can live some where all your life and have no idea of all the history around you‍ So I'm here to say "even if you live in philly, it's still a great tour to take". The night time tour is not a good om and off tour. But you do get to hop off at the Art Museum and take a picture with The world Famous Rocky Statue or run up the Art Museum a couple times, lol. The ride was about 90 minutes. It was beautiful watching the sun set while touring the city and soaking up the history. I would recommend this tour to everyone!! The tour guide was amazing!!!!! He really knew his info and was really interactive with the people. Making little jokes to make people smile and interact. (My only two complaints is--- (1) there are so many trees that's need to be cut. Sitting on the top of the bus, I almost lost my head a couple of times by the branches hanging over crazy..(very dangerous) (2) the people trying to fill up the buses need to calm down!!! I know you guys are trying to get it filled up to move out. But I actually felt like they were trying to force me to get on a bus I didn't want to. Instead of just letting me wait for the next one... (being as though my mind was already made up) but their attempt was too forceful. And I even think the guy was upset when I didn't get on

It was certainly very cute, and I love stuff like this,…read morebut it was overpriced at $60pp. The description states 7 different locations, but we only stopped at 2, 2 weren't acknowledged, and the other 3 were pointed at as we drove by. My group said we could've just got in our cars and did the tour ourselves. There should have been more actual stops, and maybe some provided refreshments like hot chocolate or even a soft pretzel (I mean we are in Philly), to make it more worthwhile. We did enjoy ourselves, but wouldn't pay for this again. I think because we live here it felt a little lackluster. True tourists might love it though so I'm not, not recommending it lol
