This store is incredibly thoughtful with their selection - probably not a place I would go to buy 3 cases of "every day sippers" (prices are a bit lower at chain places), but when you need something for a nice dinner, are lost when it comes to regions and tasting profiles, or need some extra support, this place is top notch. They truly know their stuff and are always happy to listen to what youre looking for, what occasion youre celebrating, and provide some ideas to try. They also do tastings on weekends - a great way to figure out what you like! (all wine tastings seem to be reasonably priced bottles as well, so no breaking the bank if you discover a great wine and want to bring it home). read more

Cambridge carries high quality wines. But they have a consistent and frustrating inventory problem that management needs to address. It doesn't inspire customer confidence when so many wines are constantly out of stock with no information about when the wine you're looking for will be re-stocked. Loving this well-stocked liquor store. It's brand new and the space is large, bright and inviting. I didn't realize that they had moved from a smaller location downtown. It seems like this is a great upgrade! Wine selection is extensive. Bottles for all palates, price ranges and preferences. You could spend a long time figuring out what to take home. They also have some fun other drinks like canned cocktails, drinks with CBD and the cutest mini aperol spritz bottles. I was SO excited to find these because I've only ever seen them in Italy. I hope they keep them on the shelves all summer! The beer selection is just okay, but there is still plenty to choose from. Service is always above and beyond. Everyone constantly asks if you need help and they always even offer to help carry out to the car. So glad to have a new reliable liquor store in my neighborhood. Will be back for sure. read more

It's a shame...I used to be such a fan of these guys when they first opened...they always had new inventory, great discounts and the owners were always around to give great advice. Over the years however, the selection has gone stale, I feel like there are rarely new items and very few wines are eligible for the wine club discount and while all the staff are friendly, it's just not the same as when the original owners were involved. I'll be looking elsewhere. Seems like maybe they have put more effort in to Summit which is a shame as Morristown is suffering because of it. read more

What a pleasant surprise, this was probably the most well organized wine store I've ever visited. I never knew of so many restaurants in Morristown that served no alcohol. That's ok, they all have a BYOB policy. Lucky, there is Cambridge Wines. I walk in and see a nice section of Italian wines. The counter person tells me I just came back from Italy and I recommend the following wines. Folks, that is just great customer service. We start talking about this weird BYOB thing in the area and was told Cambridge Wines delivers? Is this like a Dr. doing house calls? I'm down a bottle of Vino and I need a super tuscan STAT! He was explained to me the different Italian regions where they first dry the grapes for a higher sugar content before pressing. That's just crazy and to have this level of wine knowledge in Morristown NJ is very welcoming. If you go to a discount wine store looking to bring to your aunts house a cheap bottle of wine for dinner then go there, bully for you. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! TOTAL SCAM! Ordered an advertised bottle of Laphropaig 25 year for same day pick up. Called to arrange pick up and I am told they have an "inventory issue" and don't have the bottle they fully charged me for. I ask for a refund and was told I would receive one. Two days later still no refund. I call back and am told more lies about how the Manager must have forgotten to refund my $400 charge. It has now been over two weeks since I last called and still no refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. They FALSELY ADVERTISE merchandise at attractive prices knowing they do not have them inventory and after they have charged you they REFUSE to return your money. TOTAL SCAM! I've been coming here since this store opened with it's original young ambitious owners. They have a great selection of wines and I have not found a wine I don't like here yet. They can range from a few at ~$10 to many more being ~$15 and up. The people running it are pretty knowledgeable about wines and are always welcome to helping out suggest wines and pairings. They have a decent craft beer selection to choose from too. This store is great as Morristown has quiet a few BYOB places and these guys will even deliver your wine to whatever restaurant you may be at! read more

Sometimes I walk into liquor stores and my heart flutters. This time it skipped a beat. There's a very esoteric selection of wines but also bourbons and whiskeys and beers! I left with Widow Jane bourbon and a neopolitan milk stout. The staff was helpful but not pushy and after drinking the beer and the bourbon, they clearly know their stuff. With so many BYOB places in Morristown, it was great having a wine/beer shop that was not only willing to deliver straight to your table but also provide you with recommendations! The beer is what I came for and it was warm and grossly overpriced (13 dollars for Dogfish 60 minute that retails around $9 other places? Get real.) This place is great. The staff is very knowledgeable and let you purchase single bottles of beer. When the weather is warm they pull patio furniture out where you are able to sit and enjoy a fresh glass of wine or a cold beer from inside. I live upstairs in the Highlands, and am in here all the time. I'm not a beer guy (my brother is), but they have an insanely good selection of wacky beers. The wines are top notch, and while they have several of the usual suspects, they do a great job with smaller wine houses (how many stores really need to carry Cakebread, Jordan, Faust, Stag's Leap Artemis...does anybody even drink this stuff anymore?). Obviously I'm a total wine snob, as is evidenced by my Yelp profile picture. That said, Cambridge easily passes the test from this wine snob! They're great guys too. Go in, sample some wines, and BS with them for a little while. You'll enjoy the experience. read more

We've been customers since the location opened. Since then they've expanded the store as well as their selection, wine, craft beer, spirits, charcuterie, even bar ware and server ware. The staff is friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. They host free wine tastings and other paid for events sponsored with other restaurants in town. Their delivery service is free to any restaurant. We participate in their wine club which has different membership levels. This exposes you to different wines you may have never been inclined to try. Also, when you pick up the wine club you get 10% off your purchase that day. And if you purchase a case of wines you get 20% off. The membership pays for itself. Infrequently do we get wines we don't enjoy. Shopping here is always great and always learn a little more about wines. We have moved out of town but still come back and have kept our membership!! read more

This is by far the best liquor store in Morristown. They have wines in all price ranges, but not the ones you find everywhere else. So you won't find your bulk distributed wins here(like yellowtail, Blackstone, etc) but they have wines of higher quality at similar price. Beer is on the shelves for display, but they keep just about everything cold in the back and will usually ask if you want it cold if they see you're buying warm. Their craft beer selection is really expanding and always changing. Plenty of beers that you can't find anywhere else in Morristown. The staff is the best part though. Extremely friendly and if you go there a few times, they'll remember you and try to make suggestions when be stiff comes in that you may like(and they do this without needing a computer which really shows a personal tough). They frequently have testing events which are great ways to try new wives/beers, and while I personally haven't used it yet, their free delivery in Morristown is a great feature given the number of BYOB's in Morristown.
