I put it away and six months after moving I came across it again and said, maybe I should find out about it and if it's worth anything. I'm deaf so, my Son had set up an appointment. Mr. Douglas Riegger is very professional, help me out along with my Son to understand what we have to do to accomplish my goal of finding out. Still work in progress, I'm giving a five, they have exceeded my expectations. I do recommend this group and they are all very professional, courteous and helpful.

I asked to go to a office and was taken to what appeared to be the lunch room and was told they would bring me a laptop and I could do it myself. I thought the guy was joking, but no he was serious. He said that is the way they do it. I left in disgust and went across the street to Fidelity and was treated like a king, the professionalism was night and day(CLASS ACT) In and out, I like Schwab on line but this office is loud, dirty and in my opinion unprofessional.

Jeffery was my guy then. Well times have changed, but this joint's interior only slightly. Nowadays, you only go as far East as Campbell and bang, it's standing tall on a corner lot in the Escondido [sic?] strip shopping center. Out in these parts, that's considered upper eschelon, dides, cause it's smack dab in the middle of old school "foothills" region. It's in the "sittin' pretty" neighborhood where Sir Campbell looks down at "the Old Pueblo." So I went back in there a couple times 12/2022--2/2023 and my passenger agreed their hospitality remains "second to none." Not only did it feature full Keurig machinery to dose you up with premium tea & coffee packets, but they'll even sport you a SCHWAB mug on the go. My original review, spot on. It's true they don't local answer phones , but their 800 number may greet you like a dearly beloved conceirge. So if you REALLY want to speak with their latest Broker & Chief, just introduce your sheet to 800-435-4000, mkay, it'll happen. Full disclosure, I manage my own investments so at no point have I relied on it to think or market trading activities to me. My only exposure: government checks that require physical deposit. My only suggestions ref: "room for 'provement" would be: 1) Make my check deposits into PensionMaster accounts via mobile app, & 2) Open an office in Mayaguez or Rincon or hell, even Isabela,PR works. Peace out, my peeps.

Rudy should be ashamed…read moreof himself for taking advantage of the elderly, and then lacking the integrity by taking accountability for his wrongdoing. I truly hope you enjoy the kickbacks from my grandmother's crappy annuities that you set-up for her. Rudy's transaction was the ONLY thing from my grandmothers passing that continues to bring grief and resentment to my loved ones. My mother cries everything time it gets mentioned because of how he misused her trust (or either utterly negligent in the transaction). Even after the issue was timely brought to his attention he stopped taking to the executor, and defer all communications with corporate. If you want a man who vaules his own pocketbook above your loved ones, someone who will take Kickbacks from annuity transactilons, and lacks integrity than look no further than Rudy Graf. * PS if you are reading this than I have not been contacted by him or his company for follow-up, which demonstrates his indifference to his former clients.

In 2013, my beloved grandmother fell victim the financial predatory practices of Edward Jones and…read moretheir agent, Rudy Graf. She placed her financial legacy in his hands and he negligently entered into "investments" with high commission kickbacks to him. These "annuity investments" were financial suicide for purchaser but genius revenue makers for Mr.. Graf and Pacific Life Insurance. Mr.. Graf is either incompetent, negligent, or acts with malicious intent if he can't figure out that an investment shouldn't take 30 years to break even on the returns. Had he had my grandmother's interest truly at heart he would have never recommended an investment that requires $50,000 up front and would take 30 years for Pacific Life to slowly give back the money... After 30.5 years I will officially see approx $1,000 of the first interest check. Mr. Graf will have earned more interest in one week than any beneficiary under this investment will see for 35 years. Compare this with a low end cd interest rate of 2.7% over 30.5 years (the same amount of time to just get the money back under Mr.Graf's investment scheme). In this scenario the 50k will have grown to 111k. This is common sense but our elderly get manipulated, as was the case with my Grandmother. What makes matters worse is email correspondence found between me. Graf and my grandmother after her passing (she documented everything). She has question marks and writing on the draft stating she didn't understand, emails saying she was confused why he took money from accounts she didn't authorize, and more telling that he never gave her the required financial disclosure sheet to see what he was signing her up for. She always thought upon her death her gift was the lump sum payment to her grandchildren. Little did she realize Mr.. Graf's lack of transparency was purposeful and a grossly negligent financial mishandling of funds. For the next 30 years I will watch approx. $1,200 be paid out once a year until the full 50k taken is repaid, an approx. $60,000 difference caused by inept financial consultation and unscrupulous business practices of Edward Jones and Pacific Life Insurance. I wish this on no family grieving the loss of a loved one to also realize that there family member was taken advantage during their last days when all they were trying to do was create a legacy. This review is to help others who have also been injured financially but negligent financial advice and personal gain over fiduciary duties by the mismanagement of personal funds by Mr.. Graf, Edward Jones, or Pacific Life. And to warn others who are contemplating annucide by entering into dealings who have one beneficiary's interest at heart, their own. Each year this policy is in place I will ensure a negative review is made on each of these three tortfeasors to commeserate the harm that negligent financial practices cause to families... It's not about the money it's how poorly you treat those individuals who place their trust in your business.
