I had the receipt from the original sale with me, & was not able to get ANY kind of money back for an unhemmed pair of pants! I was told I could exchange for another item of equal or greater value. What I wanted was a pair of Brooks Brothers pants for my husband to wear for his birthday dinner! I left the store with an unhemmed pair of pants to take home to California & have hemmed at a REAL Brooks Brothers in San Francisco. This store looks like a Brooks Brothers, but by no means does it have any of the services or infrastructure that is expected of a REAL Brooks Brothers. I am deeply disappointed that this entire experience wasted my vacation time, the reason for my purchase & that Brooks Brothers has sold out its good name to a unchecked franchise.

The lines are long during the afternoons and evenings so go early in the day. Remember to carry your passport in case you want to do a money transfer. Also, they stop doing transfers at 4PM so get there before then in case you do go in the afternoon.
