Cream spinach is the style in which the spinach leaves are left in tact as opposed to someplace in the US where the spinach is finely chopped. The meat was served over a hot charcoal grill that was brought to our table. If you choose to keep the meat warm or cook it further you can because the grill is hot enough to cook on it. My favorite meat turned out to be the rib meat as it is more fatty, and it was well salted. Filet mignon was good and lean as it should be. None of the meat were marinated. I believe the only marinade used was salt pepper in some garlic. they also asked us if we wanted to get local Mexican meat or import meat.
