I was told they were there forever so I gave them a shot. The work took three times as long as they said it would take. The place is very dirty and messy. My order was very expensive for the quality of work. I didn't want to pay for the shabby work but had to. I recommend going anywhere, I mean ANYWHERE on the planet except for here. It's sad to say but it's that bad. Sometimes you gotta know when to hang it up, or get someone else in there.

When I send them an order, they usually provide a quote within 24 hours. Taurea Hope has been flexible when I needed to edit the sizes or quantities of my orders, which I appreciate a lot. It takes about 2 weeks from order placement to order finalization, which is pretty standard. My company has ordered from All City Print several times, and we will continue to do so in the future. One note: it can be difficult to find their shop. They recommended looking up Padden Commerce Park, which is off 95th Street. Once you get there, you can easily find the store.

Second time was completely different, we are to the point of getting an attorney involved. I dropped off my merch (~$1000 value) to be printed February 10th. I didn't heard back from them again until March 2nd when they told me they had some machine hiccups but the shirts would be ready by the beginning of the next week. It is now April 17th and I have emailed to check in 5 times with no response, tried calling with no answer, and shown up with no response. At this point it just appears that they took all my brand new clothing items and ghosted me. I just want to get my things back even if they aren't printed on but I have not been able to get in contact with anyone here. Obviously, would not recommend. I will update here if I ever hear from them again.

I'm all for small business and keeping it local, but this is ridiculous. I think these pictures…read moreshould tell the story... I had brought in a simple plaque needing a new name tag added. Plaque was supposed to be done a week earlier on a Friday. They called to tell me it would be running late but ready by Monday. OK, no problem. I go back a week later, walk in, and there is my plaque sitting on a chair in the middle of all of these piles. The name plates were not attached yet. OK, so guy screws name plates in and hands me the plaque. No wipe down, no box, packaging, or anything. I go to pay for it and the guy can't find my receipt to pay, no shit... He is literally looking through all of the piles in the pictures, under boxes, under papers, and after 10 minutes I just say, 'Can I just pay you cash for this and you look for the paper on your own time?' So, I pay and I'm outta there! This all happens while another customer is waiting behind me. That guy should have ran out after watching this episode.

Fast, Professional, and Detailed! I could not believe how…read morefast my order was completed, as well as the level of professionalism Anna impressed upon me. She was detailed and thorough with the entire situation and gave me great reasons to never go anywhere else. My order consisted of a few hoodies and a couple of hats (not a huge order, but so what), which she made quick work of. And for those of you that might say, "Yeah, it was a small order; that was easy", I will say it wasn't about the size of the order, it was the way she treated her customer (like Gold). Anna even educated me on the type of files to send her and the level of print quality to anticipate with each kind of Print file. Thanks, Anna!
