I had a last minute order, and Both Ryan and Carrie patiently worked with me to figure out how to make it work. They were very detailed and professional. But, alas, I messed up the pick up date... Totally my fault, I mixed up the date on the invoice. EVEN STILL, miraculously, they found out, gave me call and figured out a way to help me get my shirts and hats on time. STORY: Our large t-shirt order(500+) was placed and paid for in full with a detailed list of requirements and photos of the designs needed on May 13th 2017. After many phone calls and e-mails that were full of excuses from 503Print I did not receive my order till July 10. When I started going through my order there were so many errors and missing shirts that I had to contact them and they said they would "make it right". Another month and more empty promises on delivery dates and I finally get the replacement shirts for the order. The "replacement shirts" had issues as well, missing shirts, misprints, and they had even snuck some of my returned errors from the original order that I had brought back to try and bulk up the replacement order. After more than 4 months of waiting and excuses I still do not have a complete order or refund form my missing and misprinted items. I have contacted them yet again for pointing out these issue and only requesting a refund for the missing and misprinted shirts nothing more. I been contacting them daily via phone calls, text and e-mails, and haven't heard back from them in a week and a half.

April has kept an exceptional attention to detail every time. We were quite impressed with the second vehicle she recently printed and installed. She took the borders out of our logo and perfected the "grey" color we were looking for. We must confess that we were not expecting that at all, like we mentioned, we were very surprised by the excellent results. The whole team did an outstanding job! We have to add that April was ready to make any changes in the mock-ups she sent to us. We are looking forward to keeping using their services as we might need to!

Needed a last minute rush job of 25 t shirts for a family reunion. (Not my fault, the brother…read moreassigned this task wasn't able to do it sooner, and our mom really wanted them at the event. Got to follow through for mom!). I contacted about five local places, and everyone either else said it was too small of an order or they couldn't do it in time. One place said they'd do it and then said never mind :( Within a few minutes of reaching out I got a call back from Peter saying it wouldn't be an issue (with an understandable rush fee cost) and worked with me on the design and type of shirt.
