Had no issues till we started raising questions after a procedure. Daughter had surgery and after we couldn't floss between two teeth. We contacted the clinic to take a look at it. And they brushed it off without even offering to take a look. Saying "keep trying". "You can come in but there is nothing we can do about it." After being persistent on having the teeth looked at we finally came in. They told us that it would be a charge for an exam and possibly x-ray. Finally Dr Jensen looked at the teeth and had to drill to fix the issue. Jensen never apologized and didn't take any responsibility and kept blaming his staff for misrepresenting him.

But back then, my orthodontist at the time tried something relatively new at the time, a positioner (black rubber mold to put my teeth into), instead of a retainer, after my teeth were aligned (20 months). I had the traditional metal band braces back then. Wore the head gear. And so on. I lost that positioner several years ago. And, after having wisdom teeth erupt in adulthood, my teeth became misaligned, with small gaps, and one tooth hiding slightly behind another tooth. I am fascinated by straight, white teeth. As an mature adult, I finally decided to fix my smile. Much to my amazement, it took only six months to realign my teeth. I opted for the Sure Smile clear aligners. I am OVERJOYED at the results!! Dr. Croft even has finishing touches he will do, to make my smile PERFECT. Here's my smile nowadays, which looks pretty darn good already. This time around, I won't lose my retainers. Dr. Croft repaired the retainer and did not charge for it. Wait. I just fainted. We had called around and one office wanted $300 no matter what, just to be seen. My son was seen the next day by Dr. Croft who was friendly and helpful regarding fit. We had no expectation that the visit would be complimentary. He just asked that we think of him for any future services. Who else would we go to after this POSITIVE experience?

The entire time, I had the feeling like I was just hanging out with my friends, only we were chatting about my kids teeth, in depth. Very professional team, yet personal. The building and decor had a fun fresh and bright feel. I don't know what my kids liked more, the fact that they got to wear sunglasses and watch TV while they were being worked on, the friendly dental hygienist and dentist, or tokens for the small trinket machine on the way out. Either way, my kids and I were stoked!

The routine exam and cleaning was gently done, efficient, and as pleasant as a dentist visit could possibly be. We also had a family member who needed an emergency visit, an extraction and a deep cleaning over the course of 3 weeks. Everyone he worked with was kind and understanding of the anxiety and pain involved and did their best to mitigate it as much as possible. The long hours make it easy to get an appointment and they are happy to let you know if something opens up earlier (if you want). Office staff is helpful, office is nice, easy parking. All in all an outstanding dentist, highly recommend.
