Had no issues till we started raising questions after a procedure. Daughter had surgery and after we couldn't floss between two teeth. We contacted the clinic to take a look at it. And they brushed it off without even offering to take a look. Saying "keep trying". "You can come in but there is nothing we can do about it." After being persistent on having the teeth looked at we finally came in. They told us that it would be a charge for an exam and possibly x-ray. Finally Dr Jensen looked at the teeth and had to drill to fix the issue. Jensen never apologized and didn't take any responsibility and kept blaming his staff for misrepresenting him.

3 stars for the oral surgery. 1 for immediately following…read more when my grandson had his surgery. the staff came and said he was ready to go. we get to the room and he's screaming. trying to lay down physically. but they had him in a chair ready to go. it was apparent he was still under. he kept flailing about. blood coming out of his mouth. i asked the assistant WHY is he in a chair if he isn't ready to go. she leaves.. and a minute later an anesthesiologist comes in. i asked her why is he in a chair if it's clear ready to be in one. there wasnt alot of answering.. she agree we need to get him back on the bed. as i tried to get him out of the wheelchair i noticed the belt was buckled. my grandson was restrained in the wheelchair?? is this normal practice? THEY RESTRAINED my grandson by buckling his w/c.. but don't know why it was buckled .. he had one shoe and one sock on. we don't know how that happened. but do you know whats not really legal in the way of education and HEALTHCARE? buckling anyone that doesnt want to be buckled. it's right up there with putting a brakes on a w/c. that's a HUGE no no..... i would like someone to look into this situation. and respond back to krissyslife@gmail.com thank you.

I have had a couple experiences at this dentist now and I now can confidently make a review to…read morehopefully steer anyone else away from this clinic. My daughter needed emgernt care for an infection that had started. I was happy with the female Dentist we first saw, she was patient and kind to my daughter. The front desk staff are also very warm and pleasant but that is where the care really stops. Once we came back to get my daughter's tooth removed, the male Dentist was extremely frustrated with my daughter. Mind you she is 5 and had never even sat for cleaning which I voiced repeatedly to the Dentist and staff. The hegentist was very sweet and tried to talk with my daughter to get her comfortable. Although once the dentist came in, that is when my daughter lost it. She wouldn't lay for him she began to get really scared. She was given the laughing gas which didn't do anything for her. She was very alert, and the dentist did nothing to encourage her or comfort her. Was visibly annoyed at my 5 year old, and I had to hold her down so he could get the tooth out. It was a very heightened situation with my daughter moving so much and crying but I expect the Dr. to be able to say we can't do this safely or to try to comfort her in some capacity. He was visibly irritated by the end and instead of saying it's okay you did great he immediately got up and said we can't do any more procedures with her safely if she is alert and left the room. I left upset and so did my daughter, but we had another procedure coming up with the same clinic and she was to be sedated so I went ahead and kept that appointment. We came back and the care was even worse but this time with the Anesthesiologist. Dr. Ron Wagner with Ambulatory Anesthesia Care. I will summarize this expereicne as best I can. Basically this man should not work with children. He was impatient to me and extremely insensitive. He did not say one thing to my daughter to make her feel safe or comfortable. He was annoyed that I wanted to help her back into the room mind you she is FIVE and has trauma from the dentist. I held her arms down for him because he was being extremely impatient clearly they were on a time crunch. She fell asleep quickly and as I am crying and my daughter too, he says "Yeah kids do a lot better when their parents aren't in the room.." The way you should be able to read the room as someone in this level of care. The most appropriate thing to say in that moment would have been " Great job mom, I know that was hard." He dismissed me by saying that and I told him that was unnecessary to say in this moment, and he ignored what I said and didn't apologize and told me I could leave. After this was completed the Dentist came in and checked in, and began to ask about my daughter's sleeping habits... because kids who don't sleep well often are more emotional. Needless to say I will not be back and the Anesthesiologist came back in and didn't even apologize to me after I let him know that was inappropriate. I will absolutely never go back to this clinic.

Dr. Farah also gave me a free teeth whitening after I told him I had quit smoking. I was really touched and appreciative. And when I was later tempted to cheat, I thought about Dr. Farah and the fact I'd be forced to tell him if I screwed up, and that was enough motivation to stay on track! I have recently relocated back to CA, so it'll no longer be feasible to see Dr. Farah, but I honestly thought about flying up twice a year for my routine cleanings. But back then, my orthodontist at the time tried something relatively new at the time, a positioner (black rubber mold to put my teeth into), instead of a retainer, after my teeth were aligned (20 months). I had the traditional metal band braces back then. Wore the head gear. And so on. I lost that positioner several years ago. And, after having wisdom teeth erupt in adulthood, my teeth became misaligned, with small gaps, and one tooth hiding slightly behind another tooth. I am fascinated by straight, white teeth. As an mature adult, I finally decided to fix my smile. Much to my amazement, it took only six months to realign my teeth. I opted for the Sure Smile clear aligners. I am OVERJOYED at the results!! Dr. Croft repaired the retainer and did not charge for it. Wait. I just fainted. We had called around and one office wanted $300 no matter what, just to be seen. My son was seen the next day by Dr. Croft who was friendly and helpful regarding fit. We had no expectation that the visit would be complimentary. He just asked that we think of him for any future services. Who else would we go to after this POSITIVE experience?
