While the plate had a tasty salad and chips and the chicken schnitzel was cooked fine it was bland. I don't usually add salt and pepper but this really needed it. The antipasto pizza was edible but the pizza base was like a frozen supermarket pizza, not a "wood-fired" pizza, the "char-grilled" eggplant and zucchini were tiny steamed cubes, and the roasted capsicum was missing entirely. It just had a great delicious crispy texture to it. It was still crisp even after half an hour of being served. I've yet to see any other Vietnamese restaurant in Brisbane execute this technical dish so well. So, I'm going out of my way to promote this place and I hope you come and give this place go and help support it. I wouldn't want a nice place with nice food like this to go down simply because of location or lack of advertising. The only couple minor complaints I have is that some of the dishes might be a bit too salty like soup broth and also the portion sizes might be a bit too large and that a lot of people especially people with lower appetites would just end up throwing away most of their meal. But, at least you'll know you'll be hungry afterwards :)
