I went to the other guy first because it was closer to home. Extra (large) charge because I needed it in less than 3 days. Wouldn't show me any suggested images for a birthday lawn sign. Seemed disinterested in me being there. I looked up sign companies on the internet and gave Signarama a try. Signarama took my order over the phone, sent me a proof within less than one business day and had the sign ready the following day. after I told them what I wanted. Oh, it was quicker that the other guys and no upcharge for getting the order ready a bit sooner. They treat you the way you want to be treated.

It sounded like they just pulled a random number out of the air since no effort was made to contact me. When my wife picked up the signs she questioned the ridiculous repair cost and she was told that "they are a pain". Clearly they didn't want my business, so I wish they would have stated that from the beginning instead of wasting my time.
