NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE! First part of the horrible service: I ordered a Parmigiana di Melanzane. Very small portion and it was warmed in a microwave. I wonder where is the concept of slow food that they use as marketing. Second part of the horrible service: The manager came to me to get some satisfaction on why my bad review. Instead of trying to improve the quality of the food, she was asking me how I prepare Parmigiana di Melanzane at home. She can barely speak English and she didn't want to hear what I had to say. I asked her more than once if it was heated on a oven or a microwave and she didn't answered, she was only yelling at me (ciao!). I don't know her name since she refused to say and hid her airport credential. Most impolite and rude manager I met. read more
