One experience I was short of 20c, asked to pay it by card but was hit with the high minimum, resorted to ask be let off but no! For only 20c they wouldn't let me take my food (order was $15.50, had $15.30) until I threatened to leave it behind (already cooked, sitting on the counter) then the staff came out with an unwelcoming attitude and told be to have it next time... If there ever is a next time! UPDATE: I made the wrong decision by returning! I ordered 2 combination long soups for pick up, after driving from Banks to collect my food, the staff told me they ran out of the meat and other ingredients to complete the soup! They wouldn't offer anything else but what was remaining in the soup and only offered a $10 discount - they had my phone number and could've rang me to let me know before I made the trip! Told them what I thought of the business, the way it operates, and the stupidity behind their practices of customer service. Left the food with them and told them where it belongs... The bin!
