Service varies by days. Somedays when there aren't that many people the people are helpful and treat you well. However, days when it is busy, they ignore you or have some attitude. The place sells good quality CK products at decent pricing. It is an OK place to come to. However, I'd prefer the one located in Woodbury. I visited this shop briefly while at Deer Park Tanger Outlets. I don't usually shop at Calvin Klein as I find some of the Associates to be pretentious. However, against my better judgment I went in to look around to find pants. I asked the associate near the fitting rooms what sizing would 28" i.e, S or M. The associate who had helped me or lacked thereof responded " 28 29? I'm not sure what country you're from but we don't have those sizes here." So my understanding of being born and raised in the US was that 28" waist or 29" is usually a pants size of 2 or 4. She then proceeded to ask her fellow associates using the walkie talkie to ask this information, to which we finally got the answer. If I was hesitant to shop at Calvin Klein before, my interaction after this experience will probably be to never shop here at this location again. What an awful experience! Let's start with I like Calvin Klein, especially Men's clothing and also accessories like small wallets and handbags . I took ALL of my family member and friends from overseas to this place as their first stop for shopping, Brooks Brothers next. Yesterday I went by myself to buy some gifts to be sent to them but I couldn't complete my shopping list because I got so upset with a sales rep that I ended up buying very few items, around $400 worth in merchandise. Trust me that's nothing comparing with full price mdse at a non-outlet CK store. I am assuming that this woman, working on folding shirts and pants was probably upset to do it all morning long, I understand. My first summer job while I was in H.S was doing that, so I am very cautious when picking clothes even in my own closet. I don't like to leave anything messy and I value other people's good work even if this is folding shirts. So here I go..walking around the Men's section with a $200 bag and 3 pieces of clothing from the Women's dept, when suddenly I felt someone stalking me! I turned around and it was a young female "fixing" the racks next to me...ok...so let me move I said to myself to the next rack while having my hands full with my phone where I kept my list of what I needed to buy, for who and what size and also the ready-to buy merchandise. But as I moved, she stood next to me, making me feel awkward like I was on her way. So now I move to the table where they have men's t-shirt and polo-shirts. Trying to juggle, I left the small handbag that I was buying on an empty folding cart to get the Medium shirts I wanted but wait! guess who comes behind me? Oh you got it! The same head-wobbling, stalker sales representative demanding me to remove the bag and the white blouse on a hanger from the folding rack. so that was it for me... It's Friday and usually I am "All Peace and Love" on payday but I had it with this ...person. I respectfully asked her if she would hold it for me (remember I am buying these) but she effortlessly declined by repeating that I couldn't leave it on the folding table, so I raised my voice (I typically don't do) to asked her ironically (I usually do) if I should then leave it on the floor! She repeated the same thing again, can't be left on the cart. Now I am upset, level pre-HulkHogan, and she ran away to tell on me to her supervisor. The supervisor, knowing probably the worker, asked her to bring me a shopping carrier/bag so I could put my stuff in it. At this point, I was already thinking to head out, I was deciding either throwing it everything on the underwear table and leave the store or buying what I got in my hands for my friends and family. But Love always wins, and my Mom taught me better. So I left the underwear table alone and walked calmly toward the checkout counter completely determined to buy and let the supervisor behind the cash register that her vendor rep needed to be retrain for basic customer service skills and that unfortunately I wasn't shopping anymore in that store due to her employee. Her respond was a fake smile, a half-way apology and an offer to the CK awards program that I am always decline but this time I accepted it because yes...LOVE always wins and sometimes it push you to make stupid decisions. Calvin Klein - Not my cup of tea...but I was heading to the dressing room and I got visually spam. - Women's Clothing Near Me - Deer Park, New York

I use to love shopping here but will never spend a dime at Calvin Klein outlet store again. I was a member of their 'rewards' program. I did not use it every time I went there but during my last visit I spent around $180.00 on a day where you got triple points. I was told for every 250 points I'd get a $25!gift certificate. In this case I would get $50 total because the points would be over 500. I had to do the work of entering this online on their very slow 1997 looking and speed wise website. After a week or so I forgot about it and checked to see what was going on. I received an email saying I had to re-enter everything again. When I tried I was told it was there already. I was then told it was received and I will have to wait 10 days. This has been going on for over a month now and I gave up. I sent a particularly nasty email to whoever was replying back to me saying I'm going to blast them on Yelp and everywhere I can think of letting people know the CK rewards program is a total scam. I also told them to keep their gift certificate because I will never walk into to their stores again. I loved their clothes but they definitely false advertised and lie to you when you inquire about it. read more

I may love Calvin Klein clothes, but I don't like their Deer Park outlet!! I have been here many times, buying full price, half price, with a coupon, no coupon, etc. If I found something I liked, I would buy it. This last trip was a few weeks ago with my sister, mom and niece. Between all of us, we probably spent over $500. About a week ago my sister asked me to return a pair of pants she bought. She gave me the pants and receipt. I went back yesterday and what an experience! The girl behind the counter was, in a word, a BEAST. She was so nasty, I couldn't take it. I presented my receipt and pants and asked for a refund. I did not have the original credit card, so she said I had to take a store credit. Normally, you can just put the charges back without the card, OR you can put it on another card. She was so nasty and said NO, it's a credit or NOTHING. Meanwhile, she is shouting at sales people on the floor as I am standing there. So as she is telling me no, she's shouting for so and so to go fold pants!! I snapped and said just give me the credit. After that, she demanded my license. I said "nothing on that receipt will match my license, this is the receipt from someone else". She said it doesn't matter, they need to have a license for a return. This customer service was terrible. I will NEVER set foot in this store again to purchase anything. Sorry Calvin, you lost me as a customer because you hire nasty salespeople who don't know how to handle a customer! read more
