Maybe he took more on his plate than he was able to handle, or he doesn't have the skill to do this particular job? Regardless, offering a service where he was not able to provide adequate support made my experience as a customer extremely stressful. I hired him to alleviate the stress of paperwork and working with the city but his inability to move things along in a timely manner ended up putting more stress on me. Throughout the 8 months, these are some examples of how the customer service and communication were lacking: - Jesus no-showed on 2 in person appointments that he made with me. - I missed at least one deadline due to it not being communicated on time. - There were many times "their email wasn't working" for multiple weeks, but they didn't bother to let me know that mode of communication wasn't working. - There were countless times that I had to ask for updates because they didn't communicate regularly what the status of my business license was. - I found out about some surprise licensing fees several months into the process that I would have expected to know upfront. I would recommend going straight to the city planner instead of hiring Jesus unless you want the process to take way longer than necessary.
