I have worked with Brad over the past three years on a variety of different types of projects and I…read morehave been continually impressed by his commitment to build quality projects. He is easy to work with because he is reliable and communicates clearly. His contracts are thorough and his pricing structure is clear and professional. He does not have hidden costs and does not overcharge for his work. I appreciate Brad's creativity- he is a yes person, so you will rarely get a "oh that won't work". Brad will find a way to make it happen because he cares about the client's happiness and values a good design. In this industry it is hard to find someone who will show up when they say they will or build something with high standards and Brad does both. He stays busy but I promise he's worth the wait!

His projects are exceptionally well run, thoughtfully detailed, and executed with care. Schedules and budgets are respected far more often than not, which is no small feat in renovation work. Beyond the quality of the work, Brad is simply one of the most honest, straightforward, and reliable professionals I've had the pleasure of working with. In my 35 years of experience on high-end, design-driven projects, his team ranks among the very best. We trust him completely and recommend Southern Magnolia without reservation.

We met with several businesses and instantly knew that Romero's Quality Construction was the best option for us. We generally interacted with Pablo and Jackie, two of the nicest and most ethical people we've ever had the pleasure to work with. Our vision was actualized at a steady, sometimes surprising speed from day one despite its large scope which included: - new floors throughout (2600+ sqft) - paint throughout - full kitchen reno - full bathroom reno x 3 - new laundry room - new doors, baseboards and trim - new railings - attic ventilation Whenever we ran into issues, Romero's was quick to make corrections or suggest cost-effective solutions. The end result exceeded our expectations. Our friends and family have been amazed by the work quality and attention to detail. I want to highlight that we were 100% remote during this whole process, only visiting the site every two months, and were consistently impressed by the progress. We highly recommend Romero's Quality Construction to anyone thinking about a home renovation project. We certainly plan to continue using their services on exterior projects like a new deck.
