I had been seeing different therapists over the years all over the world and she is really the top! Jodie uses many different techniques and very intuitive. She had an extensive training and focused on integrating different techniques for the most efficient results. I never felt better just after a few sessions with her! She is also a wonderful yoga teacher and achieves so much in an hour what appears to be gentle, yet the result are the same when I have a 2 hour Hatha Yoga class. I wish I lived near by so I could come regularly and not just summers. She has a center in Montreal and just recently relocated to Val David in a very charming home-great asset for the community.
