today I witnessed the most discusting customer service behaviour towards and elderly deaf man, to the point I couldn't hold back my tears and I was shaking! I will NEVER EVER go to that place again. caltex woolworth anzac avenue mango hill! PUTRID . The elderly man forgot to hang his pump back up properly so the guy yeld out to everyone in line who is that pump no one answered, then The elderly man got up to the counter and the guy says oh your number 6 being extremely rude to him stormed out of the store yelling out for fuck sake fucking idiot and went and hung the pump up properly came back in extremely angry! the ederly man paid his petrol and walked away and I noticed he had a hearing aid in his ear I asked him if he was okay as he looked quiet embarrassed and he pointed to his hearing aid and say thank you it was then my turn to pay for petrol and I couldn't help but burst into tears to tell this man how nasty he was. Moral of the story if you see elderly people struggling in our stupid society HELP THEM! Kindness goes a long way. read more
