This is my local servo, which is the main reason it's the one I mostly fuel up at. It also helps that their prices are also amongst the cheapest. I believe they do take Woolies vouchers, but really, they don't save you much. I rarely bother, so I could be wrong. It's on the inbound side of Sandgate Rd, but there's spots you can do a turn to get to it if you're heading north, although I wouldn't want to try that in the morning peak. The big downside is they often run out of fuel. Being cheap and on a major road is probably at fault here. read more

A pretty standard caltex service station It's a woolies one so remember to scan your everyday rewards card They do have some good deals inside, so keep your eyes peeled for the advertising, most of the time it's a multi buy deal The toilets here are typical servo, but better than most, key is at the counter as per usual After hours the doors will not open, you are made to feel gangsta by have to ask for your purchased through a window, passed through an American jail style massive roller drawer, makes you feel a bit dirty, but we have all had to do it It's pretty packed around peak hour. And you have to go up past the lights and chuck a u-ey if your on the other side of the road Red rooster is across the road so it's not a bad pit stop On the way home. read more

For some reason this area doesn't have very many petrol stations. Conveniently, I like the Woolworths petrol stations so it's okay that this is the one. This petrol station is located on Sandgate road heading inbound. So if you're heading from the opposite direction, it's a bit of a pain to get to due to the traffic island between lanes and the traffic itself. I don't generally take note of petrol prices (too depressing), but the petrol makes my car go and I don't recall a bad experience here. So I suppose it's fine. If you're on your way into the city this way I'd suggest getting petrol here. There are a couple more further along but the hours aren't as good as Caltex Woolworths. So do your car a favour and give it a nice feed here. read more
