The cost of logbook scheduled maintenance is always less than at the dealership. I can always get my car in for an appointment within a day or two of asking. It's in a convenient location for me en route to work (though I imagine they miss a lot of potential inbound traffic in the mornings), they accept ANY valid discount fuel docket, the staff are friendly, there's a drive-through car wash, and there's a new addition of an Ultratune workshop on site now as well. Their fuel prices stay competitive with the Caltex/Woolworths servo across the road, though I'd much prefer to support these guys.

Being a female, its really hard to find a mechanic that will actually do the job they're supposed to do and I have had some pretty bad experiences with dodgy mechanics. They're a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and they explain everything without making me feel like a silly girl who doesn't know anything about cars. I've never had a problem with any of their work. They're also really close to Milton train station so its convenient to get to work once you've dropped your car off.

I believe they do take Woolies vouchers, but really, they don't save you much. I rarely bother, so I could be wrong. It's on the inbound side of Sandgate Rd, but there's spots you can do a turn to get to it if you're heading north, although I wouldn't want to try that in the morning peak. The big downside is they often run out of fuel. Being cheap and on a major road is probably at fault here.

And you have to go up past the lights and chuck a u-ey if your on the other side of the road Red rooster is across the road so it's not a bad pit stop On the way home.

I have nothing to do with Norris motor group but when you read some low reviews below it seems to be due to the customers fault, as a business owner myself. please rate a business fairly, if you don't leave a deposit why would it be held for you. try ordering freight from down south, what used to take days does take weeks to get now and you are not the only customer they are serving. calling everyday to chase a part up wont make it arrive quicker. lets keep family businesses going like this, trust me when you only have big players in the market prices go up. just look at fuel prices.

Because of the national brand accountability is a certain. The only problem I ever have is trying to get in for the urgent stuff as they are usually booked out for a couple of days in advance, this means you do have to keep your wits about you and not expect them to drop everything for your emergency. Excellent clean workshop with people who know what they are talking about and not trying to rip you off. A full list of works is supplied with every invoice showing you exactly what was done, they also call you should you require any further work before proceeding for acceptance of cost associated.
