Really bad service. I asked for a normal car wash as I'm too short to check the different types of…read morecar washes which are on the counter. When I went through the drive through car was, it just sprayed water and the brushes went over the car. There was no soap and my car wasn't dried. When o went in to ask why it didn't dry my car, they said that's what you asked for. Who washes their car and doesn't get it dried?! The manager asked me to move to one side and proceeded to advise that I was in the wrong and that's what I asked for. No one asked if I wanted my car dried. He didn't apologise for the miscommunication, didn't offer to rectify the problem and also embarrassed me by bringing up that my card declined the first time I tapped it because I needed to transfer money into my everyday account. Really really disappointed in the service! I think the manager and all their staff need to be given some customer service lessons! This was my go to service station for petrol every week but I won't be going there again!
