Wrong! Armen, the man who runs the Belrose Service Centre is just lovely - him and his friendly little team make for a genuinely pleasant service or car-fixing experience. Not only does he have a chat when you come it, he also takes the time to explain the problem, break down the bill for you or provide invaluable advice for the future. He's truly a gem, and has ensured great loyalty - most people I know that take their cars there won't go elsewhere. Belrose Service Centre also seems a little bit less pricey than its global corporation counterparts like Shell and BP Service Centres. Overall, it's a great place to partake in the necessary evils of the auto-world. read more
