I needed a CoI for my new business location and needed it in under 48hrs. I reached out to others but they couldn't make it work out for me within the deadline and when I approached Sam from United Direct Insurance, he just said " You got it brother". And he was right, I got the CoI needed as per landlord's requirements. I would highly recommend them for any Commercial Insurance that you might need! As a Real Estate Broker, I've worked with many insurance professionals over the years and I can say…read morewith full confidence that Leigh Diamenti at NDI Insurance is in a league of his own. What makes him stand out is that he's a broker with access to multiple insurance companies. This means he doesn't try to fit clients into a one-size-fits-all policy. Instead, he pairs them with the carrier and coverage that truly fits their unique needs. He's been in the business a long time, and that experience really shows. Every property and deal is different and he has a way of adjusting his approach seamlessly to make sure coverage is appropriate and reliable. Time and again, I've sent clients his way and I've never had anyone second-guess their decision to work with him. When you find someone like this, you don't let them go. Insurance decisions don't stop at one transaction...they continue as life and property needs evolve. That's why I consider him a "secret insurance weapon" for my clients and myself. If you want someone knowledgeable, trustworthy and always in your corner, he's the one to call.

I just showed them my current policy and they were able to compare my current insurance with other reputable companies with the same exact policy but cheaper! It was no hassle, they didn't have that "salesman pressure" like you get from car dealerships or small insurance companies that they are just out to get your money. They really care about the value of a dollar and how important that is! They are an agency with many insurance companies under their belt so they are able to give you a variety of quotes from other top notch insurance carriers. Furthermore, they helped me and my husband save a ton of money by bundling and through professional degree discounts! Be sure to ask about that. Everyone in that office that I talk to is extremely knowledgeable about the special types of insurance and companies and which one is the best. I contact them every year to compare insurance quotes and they have always been so professional and make sure to give me the best and cheapest rates. I would hands down go to topco insurance agency because you really see that the owner (Mr. Lin) is so personable and professional and his goal is to get you the best insurance for the best value. Also, hes also very knowledgeable about the new covered ca information. Ive been hearing all about it but he's the only one to give me the 4-1-1 about it. Thank you, Topco Insurance! I will recommend you to EVERYONE I KNOW!

I LOVE that! AAA is waaaaay more than insurance. Travel, notary, road trip planning - members get FREE MAPS! Why are maps important on a road trip? Cuz if you're trippin' right you don't always get cell service when you take the road less traveled and wander a bit. Maps show little know byways and unpacked areas - FUN! Very satisfied with Angie R. and Holly Scott, their assistance goes far and beyond job performance, example: friendly, courteous and professional every time I ask questions and you hear it in their voices, they have not rushed me off the phone, I get e-mails or a personal call from one or the other reminding me if a due date is coming up and I'm pleased with that because recently my Renters insurance was nearing cancellation and I knew I paid a week before but something happened that it did not go through, if Holly did not reach out to me I would have never known it was not received, after looking into the matter it could have been, could have been error of mine by not being patient with taking ALL steps while on the phone paying with credit card and also not writing down conformation number But this was the first time this happened. I have been an Allstate customer for over 10 years, and have never found more competent agents or better customer service. Valerie works hard to ensure I have a competitive rate and explains the policies very clearly so I understand what all the fine print means. That's why I've been a customer for so long, and have referred numerous friends and family her way. This is a tough industry to find great agents, many people just go for the cheapest policies with no name carriers- that is- until they have an accident or try to submit a claim. Then you realize you get what you pay for! That's not a risk I'm willing to take in Southern CA. I can't even imagine having to deal with an 800 number in the middle of a crises. I don't even worry about it, Steve and the team are only a phone call away! I also have my rental insurance through Cedani, they offered a very competitive package when I included it along with my auto policy.
