For some reason the girls at this Spa try to rush you out. Maybe they are so busy that they don't need business as much. So, so massage.

Having been here several times, I have found the service to be hit or miss: two thirds of the…read moreservices I've received have been good, the rest, subpar. They were all overpriced. Feels like a cookie-cutter corporate-run business designed to rope me into paying more money by looking posh. Most staff members are nice; just be aware, they'll pitch you a membership (i.e. monthly subscription to their services) on your first visit (which doesn't save you any money compared to just paying per-visit). My second time there, I arrived 5 minutes late and someone behind the counter, after greeting me, informed me that my massage would be shorter than scheduled because I was late. I said okay and went back to look for the restroom. In the hallway a therapist intercepted me with an unfriendly, monotone "Are you [name]?" and when I confirmed, she ushered me into my massage without asking whether I needed anything (like to go to the bathroom) first. I didn't feel free to interrupt her since I had been late. That massage felt aggressive--like she was getting some pent-up frustration out on me. Not pleasant. When I had a facial, it felt like it helped my skin, but the person who gave it repeatedly told me I really needed to be using this, that, and the other product on my skin, and generally came across like they thought I was dumb for just washing my face with soap like people have done for hundreds of years and for not remembering the brand of moisturizer I'd been using. On the other hand, I've really enjoyed the massages and conversation from a couple of the other therapists here. Like I said, hit or miss. Overall I recommend a couple of the small, independent massage therapy businesses in the area far and away over MassageLuxe.

Genuinely one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. Overpriced, incompetent, and completely…read moredisrespectful of their clients. They don't listen, they don't care, and they absolutely will use you as a test subject the second they feel comfortable enough to ignore your requests. For THREE years, they've consistently ruined my hair. Not once did I leave satisfied--and somehow still got charged around $400-450 (without a tip! - that's just base!) for results that look like a beginner experiment gone wrong. I don't even have long hair, which makes it even more ridiculous. Kole West is beyond rude--condescending, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in what the client actually wants. He just does whatever he feels like, then casually says "oops" while missing entire sections and completely botching the result. That alone should tell you everything. Dianna is just as bad--stubborn, defensive, and unwilling to fix mistakes. There is zero accountability here. He/they have sat on their phone searching how to do a simple hair style or cut and then ruins it regardless, why are they in business? Why should a hair stylist be watching how to videos - let alone be allowed on a phone during a clients hair they are paying expensive money for. Uneven cuts, patchy color, fried hair from over-bleaching--it's honestly impressive how consistently they get it wrong. It's like no one in that salon actually knows what they're doing. And yet they still have the nerve to charge premium prices and expect tips? For what--damaging people's hair and ignoring basic instructions? It took me until 2025/2026 to finally accept that this place is a complete scam. Never again. I will never spend another dollar here, and I strongly suggest you don't either. There are actual talented, professional stylists out there who respect their clients. This place is not one of them. If this business disappeared tomorrow, nothing of value would be lost. I'm not just disappointed--I'm genuinely embarrassed I ever trusted them in the first place. My sister and I now travel to Monarch & Misfit Beauty Co which is running beautifully! They don't overcharge, are reasonable and accountable, and are kind and always have us leaving with absolutely stunning hair! I suggest the drive! Run by a female named Ella. Support local small businesses who SUPPORT YOU! Not ones who are against you! I'd give this place negative stars if I could. Services Haircut, Hairstyling, Service not listed Requested style Requested for hair dye and cut but was never correct or what I asked for, and was always botched! Specialties Being rude, unaccountable, etc. Hair type Medium to shortish wavy/straightish hair Stylist Kole West and Dianna Allen They need new employees and staff, ones who know what they are doing - correctly.

I didn't want to say anything because for a while I felt alone in my experience…read more I came to Diana on a Saturday, 4pm, after work. The vibes seemed to be good and we started on my hair. I was NOT expecting to still be there by 10pm! I live almost an hour away and I had things to do the next day. She took the unnecessary time to curl and style my hair for photos, not taking into account the drive I had or how late it was. Not to mention the absurd price she charged me ($300 for multi dementional color/cut). I was floored when I heard that price, as I've never been charged over $150 for what I have done. There was also no mention of pricing beforehand and she doesn't charge by the hour (at least that's what she told me), but I guess up charging a new client is what you deserve for being 20+ years in the industry? Sorry your bills needed paid, but hell, so do mine! And the things I've heard about her and how she treats customer service workers-- just a yikes all around. I saw her work and really wanted to like her but after sitting with her for 6 hours I can say I'm steering clear. Unless you want to be up charged and talk politics half the time, I would advise to stay away.
