I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience with Foundation Health. I had just left…read morethe emergency room with a torn back muscle and was put on a decompression machine immediately, despite being in severe pain and fresh out of the ER. I trusted that the staff would take my condition seriously and use caution, but that was not my experience. What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability afterward. The doctors continue to say they stand by the treatment they gave me, no matter what, and seem unwilling to acknowledge that the treatment may have been inappropriate for someone in my condition. I was looking for care, compassion, and professional judgment--not a refusal to even consider that something could have been handled differently. I left feeling dismissed, unheard, and worse than when I arrived. I would strongly encourage anyone dealing with an acute injury or recent ER visit to be very cautious and ask detailed questions before agreeing to treatment here.

They helped me tremendously but I also had a few degenerative discs so I ended up getting the stem cell treatments too after talking to others that had had it done.
