No one to ask, no phone number to call. Now I fear that I can't even shop or eat in the center, for fear of being towed. I find this infuriating to say the least. There is a 2 hour limit, and we never are there more than an hour. They didn't put a notice on the jaguar or the BMW! Parkers beware, don't know if it safe to park there if your car is older.

I remember this place being built and thinking what a monstrosity it was, sandwiched between three other shopping centers. What sets this plaza apart, in my mind, is the tenant mix along with the social media perks. Hollister Village may have a handful of chain establishments, but you'll also find local spots like Cottage Urgent Care, Jeannine's Bakery, Kyle's Kitchen and more. After being fully built, it does offer nice curb appeal and there is ample parking which does tend to fill up on weekends (pro tip: park on the side of PetSmart or near Kyle's to avoid the crowds). I really appreciate how the management maintains their social media. They offer occasional raffles where a gift card (good for any business within the plaza) can be won. I enter each time and maybe one day, I'll be the next winner.

She made the experience quick, easy, and painless! As someone who's worked in retail, I know those roles can be tough and patience can wear thin, but she was so bubbly and kind. I was already having a rough morning and truly appreciated her kindness! Also, I love that Macy's still stocks Papyrus stationary/cards (carousels of the cards are near the returns' desk) - it's so hard to find them anywhere and they have a great selection!

I went into Macy's for the first time in years to buy a good pair of sneakers. The selection was…read morenot great, but I finally settled on a pair of Nike sneakers for about $70. Unfortunately, after only wearing them for about a day and a half, the bottom of the shoe started coming apart while I was out on a walk. I had to walk home with the sole flapping around. I brought them back to Macy's two days after purchasing them, expecting a simple return for a defective product. Instead, the process was frustrating. The cashier who originally sold me the shoes was the one handling the return, but I still had to explain the situation. She then brought out another employee, who inspected the shoes and I again explained that they were purchased just two days earlier and were clearly defective. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. She then had to go check with someone else, and both employees disappeared into the back for several minutes before finally processing the credit. A defective product can happen, but how a company handles the situation matters. This was not a customer-friendly experience, and it certainly did not make me feel valued as a customer. This was my first time physically shopping at a department store in years since I usually shop online. Unfortunately, this experience makes me much less likely to return to Macy's. I am also still waiting to confirm that the refund was issued correctly, since the receipt appears to show a card number that does not match the card I used for the purchase. I hope that gets resolved without further hassle. Not a good way to win back customers.
