The dentist told me after several adjustments they would have to be relined again, as he had adjusted too much, and they were to loose. I was A little upset, and he told me "If I wasn't happy I could go somewhere else". every appointment I had with him he was not very friendly, actually sometimes rude. When he told me I could go somewhere else. I checked other superior dentists Reviews, which I didn't when I went to that dentist, which was a big mistake. I was impressed with Midwest dental reviews, I called to make an appointment the lady said they had no openings. I explained that my mouth was sore and causing a lot of discomfort, she said if you come in tomorrow we can squeeze you in. I was greeted with friendly smiles from the staff, the door was open for me and my walker. I was seen by Dr. Michelangelo David Aust. he listened to me, was very pleasant and professional as well as the staff. Was put off and told specifically that it had been "well over a year since films and fluoride done" (for 2 kids) and new office would just need that info. Turns out insurance would not cover as it had actually only been 8 months. I called Midwest Dental's office and spoke to HEIDI (billing? office manager?) And she was astonishingly rude. I just wanted to verify dates and services of last appt. and inform them I had been given incorrect information. She immediately escalated the situation by asking in a nasty tone if I was "just calling to vent" and "what do you think you're going to get out of this phone call"! How about verification of dates and services and an apology would be nice! I wasn't asking them to pay the bill. You can't leave their office without them prying your wallet out of your purse, so I knew that wasn't going to happen. Seriously, you have to meet with someone in billing after your appt. before you can leave their office. EVERY TIME! So think twice before making an appointment with them, there are much better options in Superior.

I hadn't been to their office in about 15 years. The son now runs it. He had some enormous shoes to fill when Kevin retired, my opinion based from the many dentists I have used. He fills those shoes completely, might even be a smidge better than his father. My first "conscious" extraction ever and he made it quick and as painless as could be. Very professional, polite, and talented is an understatement. I absolutely will not use another dentist ever again. Period. It was as pleasant an experience as possible for me. I had a many appointments to get all the work done. Dr. Olson and his staff were aware of my phobia. He and his staff were kind, accommodating, warm and friendly. They treated me with kid gloves, exactly what I needed. I'm grateful to them. They also worked with me financially. I highly recommend Dr. Olson and his great staff to anybody, especially those who feel anxiety at the dentist's office.

The doctor ignore my concerns that I already had one head Ct scan this year, as well as two full sets of x-rays, and notified me he would be giving me another Ct scan once the surgery was done to verify it went well. Ended up going elsewhere due to the financial policy, and am glad I did because it cost MUCH less than I was quoted here. Perhaps they required payment two weeks in advance because I did not give them my SS# on the forms, so they could not check my credit rating. However, I did not provide my SS# to the surgeon I ended up going to either. And they were fine with me paying in full the same day as the procedure.
