Two hours before our scheduled pickup, I received a call informing me that lily of the valley was unavailable. While I was disappointed, I understood that flower availability can sometimes be unpredictable and was willing to work with a substitute. However, when I arrived to pick up my bouquet, I discovered that not only was lily of the valley missing, but there were no peonies either. Instead, the bouquet contained flowers and yellow tones that were completely different from the all-white design we had discussed and approved. At no point was I informed that peonies would not be included, nor was I contacted to review or approve a revised design. Because this occurred the day before my wedding and only hours before pickup, I had no realistic opportunity to make alternative arrangements in advance. We felt pressured to accept the bouquet we were given because of the timing. Ultimately, I was so unhappy with the final product that I purchased a replacement bouquet. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process. Had I been notified earlier that the requested flowers could not be sourced, we could have discussed alternatives and approved a new design together. Instead, significant changes were made without our knowledge or consent. After returning from our honeymoon, I reached out to discuss the issue and request a refund. My message went unanswered. When my husband later spoke with her, our concerns were dismissed, and we were told that the flowers used were an "upgrade." Whether the replacement flowers were more expensive is beside the point--the bouquet delivered was not the bouquet we ordered or approved. We paid our invoice in full and even tipped before receiving the bouquet because we trusted that our wedding flowers would reflect what we had discussed. Unfortunately, the final product did not meet our expectations, and the lack of accountability afterward was equally disappointing. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this florist.

I sent back a picture of the earrings I planned to wear, red coral drops that my now-spouse had gotten me on a special vacation to Italy. He bought them for me in Napoli, a city that is very dear to my heart, and I chose them because they remind me of the "cornicello" a Neapolitan good-luck symbol that looks a bit like a red chili pepper. I didn't tell Gina any of that -- but on our wedding day she had red chili peppers scattered throughout our floral arrangements, including in bouquet. It absolutely blew me away! It felt like I was surrounded by little bursts of good luck everywhere I looked that day, and just meant the world to me. It also struck me as incredibly creative -- I'd never thought about including peppers in floral arrangements, and so many guests asked us about them. Finally, not only is Gina deeply creative but she's also a true professional. We had to move our entire ceremony from a redwood forest to our indoor reception venue on short notice due to rain. Gina pivoted on a dime without complaint, and really busted her butt to bring inside the forest feel we'd spent a year dreaming about. Furthermore, she and her team, with the help of our caterer and coordinator, flipped the ceremony space from an altar, aisle, and chairs, to a sit-down dinner for 140 in about 90 minutes. It took my breath away to see how she transformed the space and to experience how different it felt, and it was not lost on us how incredibly hard she and her team worked on our wedding day. And in one final very thoughtful surprise, she had purchased beautiful wooden cutouts of our and our wedding party's names for our plates at the head table. We had no idea she'd done that and were so touched by the gesture. To top it off, Gina was incredibly easy to work with, start to finish. She was a clear communicator, had easy online booking and payment, and was willing to work with our firm budget. I can also vouch for her special occasion arrangements; I hired her to send a bouquet to a friend for her birthday, and the arrangement was gorgeous. I'll be coming back to her for all my flower needs, whether everyday or special occasion, from here on out, and recommend her to everyone!

Dawsha totally surprised me and responded to me on my work phone IN MINUTES of my request!!! MOREOVER, her florals to my tropical need was beyond my expectation and GORGEOUS!!! EVEN under my budget! To have these types of florals available to me for this pop up trip on a weekend, after hours, and delivered to a private terminal on the 'fly' was mind blowing and it truly alleviated a LOT of stress and worry for me.
