What a pleasure to be able to write this review. I couldn't be happier with the extensive work…read moreJames and crew, and in particular Erik, just completed. Our house is about 17 years old and has had the exterior painted once. The exterior, in particular, and the interior needed work. Erik worked on the interior this winter and pointed out why some areas were fine and others needed attention. The large wooden doors throughout the house and the wooden panels in one bathroom look gorgeous, and he touched up wooden steps, cabinets, etc. throughout the house. Erik and others worked magic on the exterior in August and September. The work was just superb. They pressure washed and sanded and painted and stained. But they went beyond that. They went through the old paint, etc. in the garage and tossed and found the perfect replacements. I pointed out non-paint problems I hadn't been able to solve, including stained concrete on one deck and a very slippery large stone step near the front door. James consulted stone and other experts and found solutions that were effective and artistic! They explained what they were doing and not doing and why. They added some things along the way (e.g., staining hot tub steps) without my asking and still came within the estimate. They couldn't be nicer people, and they will be checking on the house annually to see what, if anything, needs to be done. They genuinely cared about me and the house, and yes, they treated the house if it were their own. I couldn't have imagined such high quality work and such a positive experience. Thank you!
